We came 30 minutes before closing and the staff were extremely rude. They refused to sell us anything and made my wife feel bad for her accent. Will never return to Dunkin again.

I ordered 6 full size donuts online, waiting for about 20 minutes in the lobby (was one of the only people waiting majority of the time) just to have them tell me they didn’t have them (which is fine, I understand the app probably doesn’t recognize when your out of stock). Then proceeded to say I could pick from what they had left which was just mini donuts. I told them to just give me an assortment of how ever many mini donuts equated to 6 large donuts (already paid for). They put 6 mini donuts in a bag! When we asked for more, we got major attitude. This is only one of the three big instances that has happened at this location.

Quality of food and service has steadily declined over the last year. I will no longer be using this location. Every single item of my $40+ had something wrong or missing (there was even an eggless breakfast sandwich). The staff didn't seem surprised or cared that there were issues, let alone the fact that the drive-through was backed up almost to the parking lot entrance once they managed to sort everything out.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. If the manager is a kid and doesn't have customer service skills, I don't blame the employees when they're childish and don't have customer service skills. Every time I come to this location, I'm always disappointed.I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 items, when I got to the window, the girl took payment, didn't even greet or talk to me, handed me my card, and gave me my pastrie and off she walked away. The other girl by the coffee machines told her I think she's waiting for her coffee. She gave me my coffee without a straw and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She then left and had to wait for her again to come back to the drive-thru. I told her I needed a straw, please, she's glares at me and throws it at me. I forgot about my 3rd item, which she didn't remember. I left and came back, and the girl who told her about my coffee brought me my 3rd item, who was very sweet.I asked for light ice, and they filled my cup with ice. The Asian girl that works there with her hair flying all over the store glares at people and tells me sarcastically, "How many pieces of ice do you want 1".This location has horrible management, horrible and disgusting customer service. They're all kids, all pmsing and acting like they're the ones owning the world and everyone else is under them. No respect at all whatsoever!

Employees here are friendly and fun to chat with, and the coffee and donuts are usually pretty good. The price for the amount of coffee you get is great. The inside is pretty sterile and I wouldn't really want to stay and drink my coffee inside; but the drive through is quick and easy.

This Dunkin always manages to mess up my order. I have been here more than ten times. And 7 out 10 times my order was messed up. For my last order, I ordered an extra hot French vanilla, got an iced caramel coffee. They fixed my coffee, but not the price difference, after I had to explain what I ordered twice. Person at the counter was not even willing to fix it.Before this incident, they have got my order wrong in the store, in drive through.I drink hot coffee, and somehow this Dunkin never has coffee hot, I ask for extra hot, and it has always been just warm. They have switched it before to another warm coffee. Their hot coffee is just warm.Just my frustration, as this is the closest Dunkin and they seem to mess up orders more than half of the times I have been here.

The employees were really sweet, but when I ordered, they gave me the wrong drink, and the hash browns were uncooked. They made it up by making the correct drink and giving me another order of hash browns (which were also undercooked). Over all not a bad experience but I definitely won’t be getting the hash browns
