Everytime i come in and the males are working its a horrible experience. Small portions, no prepared dirty store. If you dont see the females working when you walk in turn around unless you want to pay the same price for less food and bad service

I ordered a burrito with extra steak, as I was eating the burrito I noticed all I was biting into was rice, no steak in sight even after a couple bites. This was odd, seemingly because I paid for extra. I get to the end and all the steak is literally sitting in the bottom, but still really wasn’t what I paid for. I go to Pancheros because they mix their burritos unlike chipotle. My burrito couldn’t have been mixed if all the meat is sitting on the bottom of the burrito. On top of that, the steak was hard and rubbery. I usually love Pancheros, but this was not the best experience.

Very digusting employees .. He was on his lunch break and came into the place of business at the same time as me. He was rushing to help the long line. He didn’t wash his hands or put on hand sanitizer. The older gentleman put his gloves on directly in front of me and begin to try to serve me my food. I explained to him the OSHA law and being clean he got upset with me for him not washing his hands. He then begin being rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable. I’m so upset I really wanted to eat here he didn’t even offer a discount due to his lack of cleanliness and disrespect

The food was good, just like all other Pancheros we tried. One thing I'd like to mention for the Fridley store is the environment seems not being cleaned on time. We went for lunch and we seen over flown trash, wrapping papers are on the floor and stuff on the ground. Maybe we went in the wrong time or the wrong day, but it didnt give me a clean feeling. Furthermore, the restroom was gross to go into. I recommend not dine in store if you dont have to. Perhaps the store is short staffed and the store was not maintained well.
