I am a big fan of Lakeside, in particular the Thursday night all you can eat pasta bar. However, our family of 6 went this last Thursday and was very disappointed at the fact that they will no longer give you a box to take what you were unable to eat home with you. It's on the spendy side for us to bring 4 kids there to eat- $166, but considering we could bring our leftovers home made it worth the cost because essentially it would be dinner and lunch the next day. So instead of allowing 4 of us to bring our leftovers home with us, they now insist on just throwing them in the trash and bot giving out boxes. Perhaps they should consider lowering the price about $6 and just give you 1 plate instead of claiming it to be all you can eat. They give you a real descent portion and it's DELICIOUS with lots of options, so of course your going to want to try different things. I think whether the people finish there whole plate or they bring some of it home with them, throwing it in the trash instead does what?? Saves them money? I don't get this. Probably won't do the pasta bar as often now, WAY too expensive to watch half the meal get thrown in the trash!
Went to Lakeside last night!! Worst food!! Burgers were burnt and my husband got sick from the coleslaw!! They didn't make us pay for our meals, but we won't go back!! We still gave our waitress a Great tip as it wasn't her fault

Awful food…walleye fingers were so bad. We told the waitress and she suggested Chicken fingers…no better. We were charged for all of it, but asked for a discount. Gave my Mom 50 percent off on the walleye, but it wasn’t worth it…sorry…won’t be back..
