The place has changed for the worst. The service time is unbearably long even when there is not many customers. The waiters aren't in a rush. If you are picking up an online order for yourself expect to be waiting for a while.
Prices are so expensive at Red lobster, that you may as well make a reservation and go to The Oceanaire in downtown Minneapolis. They have taken more away from the clients than they are giving, for instance you don't get a salad with your meal anymore that's a big no no everything seems to be alacart that's another no no. This location is struggling. The service was top notch, but the food is not the same quality I remember from previous trips and other locations. Maybe we caught it on a bad day, but the shrimp fettuccine was bland and the crab legs were depressingly small - felt guilty seeing them on a plate.
