It was the second year we have done that.Erin provided excellent service for our large group, ensuring that we had all the drinks and food we needed through the evening.The only downside was that there was quite a bit of time from the first pizzas that came out to the last pizzas - It wasn't beyond reason, but seems a little odd as the restaurant wasn't overly busy.I would definitely recommend someone use them for another party or gathering.”

We had a very attentive waiter who was helpful and polite.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of items that can be tailored when choosing to have a specific meat choice or it can be replaced with cheese instead. A lot of the meal options automatically come with beans, rice, pico de Gallo, sour cream, and guacamole.Parking: There is plenty of free parking that surrounds 2 sides of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid friendly atmosphere and even offer 2 different claw machines to give any kid from ages 6-110 the chance to win a prize.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is on the 1st floor. There are no steps going into the restaurant. The doors are not heavy and are easily opened. The restaurant has a fairly open floor plan and the chairs can be easily rearranged to accommodate any type of mobility equipment.”

“When in Grand Rapids, bring your cooler and pack it full of 'miner hand pies' better known as delicious PASTIES. There's only a handful of places from The UP (of Michigan) over to The Iron Range who not only make and serve delicious Pasties, but have them frozen or freezer ready to go. Please make Pasties Plus a stop on your way. This is a take out and take home place. I recall seeing one small table. So don't bring a group here to eat. Call ahead and order for your group, family or yourself. Then stop in. Take out. And enjoy. PS - I suggest cutting your hot Pastie in half. Partly to let the heat and savory smells out, but also so you can douse one side with ketchup while you taste the other side straight up.”

“Caribou on highway 2 is the literally the best place to get your coffee, the staff members are always so nice and friendly, orders are made correctly and made super fast!!”

“Klockow has been one of my bucket list breweries for several years, and finally had the opportunity to visit. The beer was cold and refreshing and the bartender was awesome (unfortunately didn’t get her name) and definitely helped to set the vibe. If you’re in Grand Rapids, check out this gem!”

“I would just like to give a shout out to the wait staff. They were busting it like there was no tomorrow! My only complaint is that we did have to wait almost a half hour to be seated. We did have a reservation and were on time. Hour sever was great and the food was good as always. I did ask our sever what he hold up was and was informed there was a Rife Event happening later that evening and that some those guests attending that event were still being served until almost 6:30pm. I was impressed with the staff hustling their butts to keep an handle on that nights service. 10/14/2023”

“From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile by everyone working. Ordered breakfast (omelettes and pancakes) and all of it was mouth watering! No room for the cinnamon rolls, so we took them to go. They are ginormous! Size of a 7-10” dinner plate! Can’t wait to eat those tomorrow for breakfast.Inside is clean as well are the restrooms. We will definitely go there again!”

“If want something different and unique then check it out. My friend Stormy had been there a few times and wanted me to experience it. I wish I would have thought to take photos. We had the Verde soup. Delicious ?. Then we had the crepe with turkey brie, walnuts. Such a pleasant change from a bun. Then we shared a sweet lemon crepe with blackberries. They also have salads. “Went for the all you can eat snow crab. The clusters were small, but they kept bringing them. They fill your plate with broccoli and potatoes, which were great, but don't fall for it. Don't fill up on that. You're there for the ?. It's a very loud atmosphere, need sound baffling. I was unable to hear the singer on opposite side of room.”

Service could be friendlier basically felt very rushed and sandwich specialist was overwhelmed so you could feel the tension and the unorganized line created a zoo type feel.
