“I can’t say enough about this café. It’s just beyond five star. Like home-cooked meal and I had a pancake that was as large as my plate and it was like more like eating a dessert. A little thicker than your normal pancake and it was like eating cake. The rest of my breakfast with the hash browns, bacon and scrambled eggs with cheese. It was all cooked perfect. Loved our waitress. She was very attentive and very sweet. A+.“

“I like it here. But they don't have the usually hits and glam of a bubble tea shop. I like that they play k pop music. Service is quick but not always smiling. Also they don't have all the options some other places have but I come here due to location.“

“Friendly staff, fair prices. I came here to study for an exam (free wifi here!) for several hours and enjoyed the ambiance. I really appreciate that they had gluten free baked goods, I haven’t seen this much variety anywhere else before. The bakery items do sell quite fast, though. For those with severe allergies, the baked goods are made in a dedicated GF bakery in Minneapolis called Sift. I enjoyed a muffin, and a pumpkin pie chai, which were both lovely.“

“The customer service here is above and beyond. My boyfriend and I frequent this caribou (probably too much) and have always had a delightful experience. There was one day where we had accidently put our order in for a different caribou a few towns over and they still filled our order when we came though the drive though. Truly a great business. The only critique I have is their coffee is sometimes a bit inconsistent. Most days it's great! Some days, however, we'll get coffee that is more bitter or more sweet. Usually it's spot on though. If you're looking for a good cup of coffee with lots of ways to customize it, caribou in Hastings is the place to go!“
