I was looking for some prepped meal options that are tasty and healthy…I think I’ve found it.We tried some of the big national brands as a busy couple without a ton of time to make meals. They were all fine for a while, but to be honest they never tasted great. I just finished my first order from Individual Nutrition, and I am so impressed! They delivered my order on time and in a very lovely insulated bag. I tried three smoothies and three meals. All of the items were very good, but my favorites were the apple pie smoothie and the pork tenderloin meal. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for offering these healthy options and making them so easy to get!
