Tried to go there this morning after 6 AM but doors were locked. Hours on the door said 5 AM but no other signs or notices. Guess they just didn't want our business.
Absolutely ridiculous wait. We ordered in store to eat in the lobby. After a 35 minute wait, we FINALLY received our food. Our order was cleared from the screen way before we were served. There was one employee doing drive thru and front counter, she was amazing considering the wait from the kitchen. A manager sat in the lobby the whole time we waited, other managers were no where to be seen. Horrible management.

bathrooms were disgusting very slow service 1 person in my group waited over 20 minutes for there food i waited over 15 minutes for my food the door dash lady waited for at least 15 minutes for her order to take to a customer could only use the kiosk to pay because the sign on the register said kiosk only could not pay cash if i did pay with cash i would've walked ot but we could only use a card to pay fries were cold food tasted so so my question is is why no sense in urgency with getting the orders out the drive thru was over 8 minute wait from the screen was red in time please correct the problem
