The ordering kiosks were hated by all the customers I heard trying to use them, and we listened to enough of them as we waited nearly 30 minutes to get our food. In addition to that we ordered some rootbeer to go and the kid handed me two bags and said to fill them ourselves as he “didn’t have time for it.Prices were crazy (nearly $100, for 4 combo meals, a coney and 2 root beers in to go bags.Not willing to go back. Ever again.

Great tasting food. This was our first time at an A&W and everything was yummy. The restaurant dining room needed some tending too and the staff were not very personable. You order from a kiosk that limits interactions, especially if you have questions. The freeze was our favorite! My daughter said the burger was delicious, I had chicken tenders and they were pretty good as well. Will certainly recommend, and I'll try a burger next time.

The food and service tonight was okay. It wasn't up to there usual standards. Most of the time it is pretty good. A little disappointed due to the fact they didn't have the Frosty mugs of root beer just out of the self serve fountain.
