DO NOT EVER DOOR DASH THIS DAIRY QUEEN ON CAHILL THEY HAVE GOTTEN 3 out of my last 4 orders WRONG!! THEY GAVE ME ORDERS THAT WERE NOT EVEN MINE!!! …they don’t know how to even read there own receipts!! it’s ridiculous …..i ordered 60 dollars orders and it’s like they just gave me whatever they had left…it baffles me how wrong they get these orders the date 4-4-2024 …sorry but it keeps happening over and over !!! The manager needs to wake up sheesh……UPDATE 4-15-24 i went to the DQ directly and they forgot my French fries so I turned around got my French fries and realized they forgot my blizzard so 2 trips back and the manager was rude:.. …IM NEVER GONNA USE THIS DAIRY QUEEN AGAIN ITS CLEARLY TO BUSY AND OBVIOUSLY MORE THEN THEY CAN HANDLE …..

I have to rate the food a zero because I didn’t get any. I stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting to get my order taken, while the employees were doing nothing much and staring at me. No communication of a wait or anything, and the door is broken. I will never cheat on my local DQ again

Definitely worth waiting a few minutes in line at the drive thru, because the food was fresh, hot and delicious! Chicken tenders are the best frozen strips around.

Went there last Thursday. Ordered a small cheese curd. Got onion rings. Went there the next day ordered 6pcs chicken strip with gravely and NO SALT on my French fries. I'm having to watch my sodium intake do to health reasons. When I got my order handed to me just in the box I asked nicely if it would be put into a bag. Got it in a bag then I asked if the fries had no salt. She said "Oh, I thought you meant lightly salted." I said, "Nobody orders their fries lightly salted." at least I've never heard anyone say that. She said they could be replaced. I was on a lunch break at that time and had already waited for 10 minutes or so to get my order because there were 5 cars ahead me going through the drive through. I said just forget it and left with what I was given. Frustrating.

I want to know what you are hiding inside when you have blackened your door and some windows, makes us wondering what you are hiding. Staff acted like they didn't want to work, my malt cup was running all over and ended on my shirt and jeans. Thank you very much! Took forever to get 1 cone and 1 malt through drive through. There were no other cars in front of us or parked!! So definitely not busy. Wish we had read reviews first. Would have found a better to have gone. If you don't want to work, then find a job that you do want.

I don't have the time to sit around and wait for 10 minutes while ice cream runs out and when I finally get it the fudge is sitting on one side of the cup in 1 lump and the ice cream is dripping out side of the lid, how hard is it to make a Sunday? Put some effort into your job , I decided to just drive away with out anything.. keep the money, put it towards training employees

The last two times we’ve been here has been the worst experience out of all the DQ’s we’ve been to.Last time, we went inside and waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We ordered food and waited another 20 minutes before we got it. There were other customers coming and going, and one actually looked at us as him and his family were leaving and said “good luck”. Terrible customer service.This time, we opted to go through the drive thru. The line moved fairly quickly, until the car in front of us was waiting on food for 15 minutes. In that time, the workers must have made our ice cream as when we got up to the window, our 3 blizzards were sitting there visibly dripping on the counter. It was so watery, I asked if they were able to remake it. They remade 1 of 3, but all of the workers were very rude and not understanding to us not wanting watery ice cream. When we got home we noticed we were given a smaller size than what we had paid for.We will NOT be back to this location— it’s awful.
