Approximately 4 months ago, I ordered a pizza through its application at about 9 p.m., I waited 1 hour to see if my order arrived and it didn't even appear that they had done it. I called and they didn't answer, until a person spoke to me and told me that my order was made wrong, that they would do it again. Wait ANOTHER HOUR, until it arrived. Yes, it was delicious, but it was a little cold. Then I thought it would be the last time I would buy there. But today I gave myself another chance to try it, not only is it very delicious, it also arrived fast and hot, with everything I ordered.

I JUST ordered Dominos from here. I don’t open the door ever for delivery until the driver is gone. This driver was outside my house after ringing the doorbell and even sat in the driveway and called me. I was waiting for him to drive away before grabbing my food. I had to wait so long that by the time I got my food after he finally left, that my food was cold. I paid $55 for some cold food. Next time, leave it at the door, ring the doorbell, and leave right away so I can feel comfortable getting my food. Thanks. ?

If you use a coupon at this Domino's location they will reduce the amount of toppings they put on any pizza. No other location that i have tried does this.I have witnessed near fights in the parking lot between the manager and an employee.I have gotten the wrong toppings on my pizza on several occasions.

Ordered pinpoint delivery and driver couldn't read the map to find the drop off location. Map clearly showed roads to there. I had to go to the store to get my delivery items. When I arrived they didn't even refund my delivery charges or tip. So I paid for delivery and had to pick up myself. Highly suggest to use other businesses for pizza.
The pizza had way less toppings on it than the last time I ordered here last year. The employee actually yawned at me before greeting me. The employees all seemed very disinterested in their jobs.

If I can give -5 stars for there service will be perfect !!!! Last year they been late 50 min for a big order @ church. At this time I order 1 day in advance, with VERY specific requests to BE THERE 12:00 so the prist can bless the food. They been late 35 min, with 1/2 order, no chicken wings, no bread sticks. Most embarrassing feeling in front of everyone, but they blame on service call. I pay with credit card, repeat x2, they start making the order. - F for service

Always have bad experiences with this store. Usually they send me totally incorrect orders but tonight I tried calling and ordering some food at 11pm. Every time I called they answered and immediately said "can you hold for a minute" then priceeded to leave me on hold for ten minutes. I would then hang up and call back, just to have them do the same thing about 5 times in a row. Then at about 11:50 he did it again and left me on hold until the store closed so when I tried to hang up a call back I could not get through. They are purposely not taking certain orders and it is not professional at all. Especially when you have paying customers trying to order food and instead of saying you are not delivering any more tonight they just wasted a whole hour of my night making me hold the line over and over and never intended on actually answering my calls or taking my order. This store is not good at service and do not care about the customers happiness. I would not recommend anyone ordering from dominos on Cahill unless you want the wrong order, or rude delivery people. It's a shame how that store has turned out
