“Ashley, who has whipped up healthy shakes and loaded teas at North Country Nutrition (NCN), let me know that she was splitting her time between that location and Simpley Nutrition. She is the mastermind behind many of the yummy recipes at NCN that I was excited to check out this place. I dropped by during my first full day in the Twin Cities. Simpley Nutrition is located in Inver Grove Heights (IGH). It's perfect when I am on my way to Rochester. It's also nice to say that I have visited another place in IGH other than Target. This place is in a plaza, across from Cub Foods, including its pharmacy. I had no problem finding a parking spot steps away from the main entrance. I backed into the spot and walked in. I got to meet Ashley's husky, who has the most beautiful piercing eyes and greeted me so warmly. It was great seeing her again, but in a different nutrition studio. The cool thing is that she has the same December shake and tea menus at both NCN and Simpley Nutrition. It makes her life easier. It also makes mine easier ordering at either place. I forgot to ask her about the name Simpley. I know that there is a lake nearby called Simley Lake. I need to find out what the P stands for. I'm thinking Protein. I got the following drinks: - Christmas carol tea - Christmas crack (Heath) shake I also got a couple of cake batter donuts on the house. The idea is that you sign in on the touchpad with your phone number. I'm already registered in the system, so I selected my name and I was good. If you're new, you fill in your name to register and you're done. i paid with a credit card. I was able to tip, too. Ashley didn't take long to make my drinks. I asked that the whipped cream be held on my shake. Done! I thanked her, said goodbye to her husky, and headed down to Rochester with my drinks. The best part was sipping and finishing my shake for most of my hour drive down to Rochester. The Christmas crack shake tastes just like a Heath bar. I loved the toffee bits. There was some chocolate and chopped nuts. So good! It made my drive down great. I had my Christmas carol tea for the rest of my trip down to northern Iowa and back up to the Twin Cities. It had peach, mango, raspberry, and orange. I loved it. It had all my favourite flavours rolled into a tea. I like the sports jerseys that are framed on the walls. The Minnesota Wild is featured a few times, which made my day. It's a deep studio. I liked being there. It felt comfortable. I'll be back. It's great that I have another nutrition studio for no to low sugar in teas and shakes. (491)“

“I love this location out of all of them, Very clean and fast, I've been in here for dine in and I love how sunshine the place is and cool, and did take out this time and they are fast and accurate down to the extra sauce! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely be back. For dine in and a quick take out.Vegetarian options: Also love the vegeterian options here it's amazing they can customize any order to a vegetarian option. I also love that there's no accidental cross contamination.“

“This is not a pudding green!! Three times now I go with my golf sticks and ball and say "I'm here to putt putt!" and they say "not today, Travis!" My name isn't Travis but boy do I keep getting egg on my face.So then I'll order one of Crisp & Greens delightful salad or rice bowls or even a tasty smoothie and it's so healthy while also being good flavored in my mouth I think they should always sell these things here and stop trying to be a pudding green.“

“Ordered for takeout. Hot Honey Chicken. Did not get sweet potatoes . Customer Service needs to work on making the dish more aesthetically pleasing. It had great flavor , just wish it came with all the food it was supposed to. Portion also seemed small from price and expectations, looking at reviews below, looked like they did change portion size, but not price. (Food cost is obviously above average right now) So might wait a while before going back.“
