The last 3 times we have ordered have been terrible. First 2 times we did delivery which we knew would probably take a little bit longer since it seems like every is short staffed, but we didn’t think it would be over an hour and over an hour and a half. So this last time ordered for pick up and almost every sandwich there’s was something wrong. And on top of that it’s a good thing I got there over 15 minutes earlier than when it said my order would be ready because it was already done and on the counter, which is great that it was ready quick, but if I would have waiting until the email told me too my sandwichs would have been sitting there getting soggy and gross. And the employees just started at me when I got there, no greeting or anything. It was the most uncomfortable food pick up I’ve ever done. I just don’t understand how this location is still in business. I will make the drive to any other one from now on.

I would have put zero stars but that's not an option. Twice now that I've used inver grove heights online service to order food, my credit card has been hacked. Management does not care and won't do anything. First time I was hacked was because I couldn't afford to leave a tip on my card, this time was because they completely messed up my order and I requested a refund. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I wouldn't use inver grove heights jimmy johns unless you have money for one of their employers to steal.

Two times in a row I’ve ordered a slim 4 (JUST Turkey) with cheese and I’ve been given tomatoes, mayo and lettuce. Clearly some sandwich makers are not reading the order right, or are not aware of the proper menu item. As someone with allergies, not happy.
Teenager with skater hair decided he wanted to have a bad day and walked in to him making a ladies sandwich with an attitude. Asked for my normal plain slim for my son and asked for my normal side of lettuce and offered to pay for it like I normally do. He got a macho attitude and said he can’t give out sides of vegetables with plain sandwiches and I have to order something else ???? guy in sweatshirt. Wouldn’t even look at me

Constantly having issues with the delivery! Either my order is wrong, my drink is spilled all over my front door, or the a**hole driver leaves my order thrown on my sidewalk in front of my house because there wasn’t a tip on the order. Tips are bonuses given to those who go above and beyond what they are already being paid to do, deliver the whole order in tact and the way the customer ordered it!!!! DO BETTER! Seriously.

Manager there is a complete j*** after placing my order having my card charged also I have been ordering from them 2 times a week for the last 3 weeks he calls to tell me that they will not deliver my food I am out side his area I need to call Eagan I told him Eagan does not deliver here I am in inver grove heights he tells me to bad I will get my money back in 7-10 businesses day
