Amazing little restaurant had the carne asada platter and it was amazing. The portions are fantastic the food was hot flavorful and delicious. I would recommend visiting and will be coming back soon.

The veggie chorizo fajitas were really good. Fresh and authentic tasting. I veganized by omitting cheese & sour cream. It came with 5 warm tortillas wrapped in tinfoil to keep them warm. The owner confirmed the rice, beans and guacamole have no animal products.
I'll be back to try the other plant-based meat options which are veggie chorizo & potatoes, and soy-based meat (soya).
I personally did not care too much for the tortilla chips. They were a little too thick, whereas I prefer thin crispy tortilla chips.

I moved to the suburbs from MPLS 3 years ago and am still mad about the lack of vegan options here. Until now! Just had the best soy chorizo & potato taco platter from Rincon. I'm so happy to have found a veg-friendly authentic Mexican place so close to me. Yum!!!

Recently was taken to this place and I am lucky I don't live too close or I would be here everyday ?. The tacos were delicious, and I was so so happy they had several vegetarian options! Their veggie chorizo is very flavorful, and I am excited to come back and try more things on the menu soon.
