Twice now I’ve thought of leaving a bad review. In the past 8 days I or my buddies had problems with the same worker. Last week on Friday, my buddies and I went into Starbucks. One of them paid with a 20, but only received 3 dollars back (she ordered only one drink) My buddy went up and told her she paid with a 20, and from the looks of it, the worker was nervous. And that’s not even that bad, people make mistakes. But today, me and my mom went into Starbucks. My mom ordered a peppermint mocha I believe, and I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe with no whip cream and extra Carmel. The cashier got us paid then we waited for our drinks. The worker, who gives bad service, said, “I’m out of whipped cream, you can go without or wait like ten minutes.” To which my mom replied, “Oh that’s ok she didn’t want any whipped cream.” The worker nodded and kept making the drink. When we both got our drinks, I noticed there wasn’t any Carmel in mine at all. If I didn’t want Carmel why would I order a Carmel crunch frappe? I wasn’t about to be mean cause people do make mistakes. But my mom spoke up and gave her the drink and asked for Carmel drizzle. My mom took the top off and set it next to the drink on the counter. The worker took the cup and put drizzle in it, then placed it really close to herself so my mom had to reach. The worker didn’t put the top on, she didn’t make the drink right even after the drizzle. I’m not sure what the workers name was, but it was something like “Kayla” or “Jayla.” I really hope she can do better next time because we were really disappointed in her service.
Usually don’t review stores inside a big box entity but really enjoyed the baristas that were working the afternoon of Friday Sept. 29th! Both were super pleasant and friendly!Parking: Starbucks is inside TargetWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to navigate.

4/2/23... One girl working. Got super busy real quick on her. I felt bad. The one lady ahead of us didn't understand that. We're waiting patiently. Target workers trying to help but seemingly don't know how... Starbucks worker deserves a raise. Handling everything perfect...

I just ordered from their drive thru. After ordering I sat in line for 11 minutes before getting my drink. When I handed them the cash payment the worker never said thank you, never smiled, handed me my drink and shut the window. Worst service ever received at a Starbucks location.

I had a drive up order with Target, so I figured I'd order a Venti, Carmel crunch Frappuccino, what is the point of ordering a drink through curbside pickup if your not going to ensure my Starbucks bag has a straw and a napkin? So I had to go in to get a straw! When I went to put my straw in my drink, I took 2 sips and it seemed like it was more than I drank was gone, and it looked how it does in the picture I took, I was so mad that I'm writing this review, I should get what I pay for, my money is hard earned, and when I don't it's very disappointing and I can't afford for it to happen again so next time I will just have to try a different chain. That's sad.

Today I tried a brown sugar apple crisp Frappuccino from Starbucks. The barista was fabulous & so was the beverage! Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant.

No seating area, so I’m eating my sandwich by the trash. The irritated barista told me they took it away for Covid and haven’t bothered to put it back. I felt guilty ordering food and a latte, as the barista was complaining to another customer of being overworked and not having enough downtime when I walked up. My coffee was slammed down on the counter, far enough back that I had to reach my full arm through the plexiglass window to pick it up. Then I saw the foam all over the lid. They didn’t have the Impossible sandwich so I had to order something else. I don’t get the feeling that this Starbucks likes its customers or wants them to patronize the store. 2 stars instead of 1 because both the sandwich and the drink are hot.
