I ordered online and 1/2 of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. My chips were stale. When I went back to the store he asked if he made them wrong and I said yes and he asked if he wanted me to remake them. He did apologize but there should be better communication on his end on how they should make things right. He was the only person working so I could tell he was busy.

I visited this Subway at 11:08:11 on 2/7/24 the place was dirty, chips and pop not stocked. I waited at the counter for the woman who was suppose to be working while she tied her apron, moved things around on back counter, fiddled around and finally turned and faced the customers without a greeting she waited for the order, I was told they had no white bread, the lettuce was old and wilted and the pickles were gray. My wheat bread was hard and the sandwich had hardly any fixings and meat, forgot the cheese. I will not be back, the prices do not reflect what you get and quality is way down. You can do better!

They were cranking out a large catering and made time to make my sandwich. I had a Subway Series sandwich and a churro. Best quick lunch in IGH.

I ordered a six inch Philly. The employee was trying to run the store alone. Took 20 mins to get the 2 customers ahead of me. When I got home and took a bite, it was cold. Philly should be warm. He never warmed the meat. Then I saw how little meat there was. OMG! I paid 11.00 for a sandwich that according to my kitchen scale ha 1.89 ounces of meat on it. I threw it out. Complete fail.

Super disappointing. The staff on duty were nice enough, but the management needs to better support the team. As a former subway employee, I know it is important that all staff know how to properly prep and restock. They served us burned meatballs and explained their morning prep did not do a good job, when asked for a refund they were super kind but couldn't help as there was no manager on duty. Called the following day and the manager in training explained we have to call again tomorrow. After three attempts on my end. No one has called back like they say they will to restore the issue. All for a couple of returned meatballs.Overall the store was under supported, and out of many things such as chips, and the new foot long items, there was pop out of syrup, etc. I felt bad for the kind kids stuck on that shift.

Honestly, I'm probably being generous giving a 2star rating. I always place my orders on the app, at 4:25p today (1/18/24) it said my order was ready. I stopped at Walmart first to pick up a few things, and arrived to the restaurant at 4:45p to see no orders for online pickup and a line of about 5 people in line waiting to order and one person sitting waiting for their online order. 2 people in line left. Once all the people in line got their orders we were asked if we had online orders and I let the other person that had been waiting before me get his order started. I thought maybe someone had taken my order by mistake. Another person that ordered online came in that seemed like they were working for a delivery service. I was asked for my name on the order, was told they were out of spinach and replied I didn't order spinach and had to repeat my name because they were going to start another customer's order. Then a family of 4 came in to order in store was told to wait. Another person came in with an order issue from less than an hour ago that said they waited over 20 minutes earlier. The person waiting for their online order after me left. After about 10 minutes the family of 4 left, my 2 foot longs were still being made. Finally the other worker that was on the phone trying to fix a technical issue with the change machine the entire time stepped in to help after replenishing some ingredients and condiments when the customer with the order issue said she didn't want to have to wait over 20 minutes again. Her order was promptly fixed, and I hope she was compensated for her meal and all the hassle. At around 5:30p my order was completed and I was given a free cookie for the wait, I would have rather been offered a free beverage to sip on during my 45 minute wait that was already 20 minutes after my order was supposedly "ready". They were out of ingredients and regular Italian bread, having technical problems with the register, and clearly made other mistakes before I even made an order, not to mention the probably lost about $100 in orders that walked out the door during my time waiting. I have ordered at this location at least 4 times previously, and there's been other workers, yet it seems that there's always something wrong with my orders. Got a 6 inch instead of a foot long & had to wait for another 6 inch, wrong bread on the sandwich, sandwich toasted when it wasn't supposed to be, wrong/missing ingredients, and that's during times that were far less busy than I seen today! The owner and store manager really needs to step up and do their job.

My wife and I stopped for lunch. The music was really loud and playing "rap" - I heard the "F" bomb and the "N" word constantly. We ate as fast as possible to get out of there. So sad....

Sign says they close at 9 but when I tried to enter the store at 845pm it was locked. Lights were on and the employee was inside sweeping. I knocked, he looked at me and then didn’t acknowledge me and walked away. I know we all want to get home at the end of the night but it’s not right to lock the store and refuse service when they’re supposed to be open.

It took way too long to get 3 subs. We ordered first but our order was delayed bybthe next 4 entering customers. I foot blame the employees, I blame the manager who didnt hire enough help so the two people working are overwhelmed.

Whoever owns and manages the subway at the time of thid post should take a real look at how they're running things. It is pathetic how the employees were acting and treating customers. They have zero communication skills and etiquette towards the customers.
