This location has really fallen apart. On every recent visit, the staff are either high or absent, literally leaving the store completely unattended while we walked around in there for over 15 minutes. We called out and no-one came to the front. We eventually just left. 3 cars were out back, but no workers inside.

DO NOT WORK HERE OR SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY! DRIVE TO DODGE CENTER OR BYRON! Terrible management! My son was wrongfully fired over the phone by his manager who was yelling and screaming about him not working on a Thursday, their agreement was only working Friday- Sunday. Very poor management!

I’ve never have had any issues with this subway. One of the staff who has medium curly red hair apparently made a comment to her coworker that was funny which was very unprofessional and the cashier was in too much of a hurry to get our order done, my son wasn’t able to add anything extra to his sub. I was also told they “couldn’t” do kid subs. I will not be returning & these two need to be retrained

Tried the new menu. Very disappointed with little meat (1/2 a scoop at best, limited vegetables for I could not add any that were not "on the list" for that sandwich, and the thinnest of smears of avocado. I left feeling dissatisfied knowing that I spent all that money on so little food. Next time I will stick to the old menu so I can have more vegetables!

A couple of the workers seemed mad that they had customers. Treating the customer like they were an inconvenience. Slow service and poorly crafted sandwiches. Not impressed and not going to be back.

This place succeeds as a chain in a small town with a captive audience due to lack of options. The food ordered is made wrong more than half the time we order from here- this despite ordering online and double checking orders carefully. Frequently out of ingredients, and usually unable to accommodate doubling meat. Ordered a salad this evening and they didn't include the lettuce. What?!?! Pulled up and at least 3 employees were standing outside, one sucking on a vape pen and with a tiny (although cute) dog in arms. The one bright spot is the woman I'll presume must be a manager- always friendly and clearly trying her best to run a shop with subpar staff. The thing is, we'll keep ordering from here, as it is convenient, and when they get orders right is generally good.

Always seem to be missing Italian Herbs and cheese bread, it is very hard to actually come on a day where they do have it, but when they do it is very, very good
