took literally over 30 minutes to receive my order of 1 regular cheese curd. while other cars kept passing with their orders. i’ve been waiting forever and i just want my cheese curds, im wasting gas, and the sun is hot. i could’ve gone to a farther dairy queen and got my order and drove back home by now. send help.

Absolutely horrible service. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from the girl working. She could have taken my order in between bringing ice cream up to the counter for others but instead she made no eye contact or even a simple “I’ll be with you soon”. I will make the drive to Eagan instead of coming back here. Eventually left without even placing and order.

Went to eat in & waited a long time to be helped which was understandable since the drive thru was busy. But we got regular chicken tenders instead of the honey bbq we ordered. We didn’t notice until the employee walked away & we opened our boxes. No biggie. So I had to go back in line & wait about 10 minutes. The girl who helped me was nice but I could tell the drive thru was the main priority as she asked me if she could just give me a little thing of honey bbq on the side. I agreed because I could tell she was really stressed & in a hurry but the tenders were already cold at that point due to waiting. They should either hire more staff or close dine in for the day if the drive thru is too packed to the point that the dine-in customers aren’t being properly served. I don’t blame the staff at all, but management needs to do better at making sure the store is equipped to handle a busy night like that one.

This location has always been a favorite for our family for ice cream treats. Excellent customer service and quality of product (whether you order food or ice cream), the service of old days that you just don't see anymore, when the product you put out was going to be the best the customer had ever experienced, and the staff is happy to see the customer and more than willing to make your visit one you'll never forget with top quality product and efficient service.Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces in their parking lot, and a majority of customers do take advantage of the drive through, there is never a long wait even when the line goes all the way through the parking lot and into the street.Kid-friendliness: The staff has always been extremely friendly to all customers, whether adult or kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance from the parking lot.

I went in to get ONE crispy chicken sandwich, that’s all I ordered. They put two chicken tenders on the sandwich - not the patty and called it a day? I waited just as long as it takes to cook the chicken patty in the fryer so… i’m just confused. The chicken tenders weren’t even hot they were sitting out. I came in on a Thursday at around 1:30 pm in the winter mind you! barely anyone was there! y’all can at least try fr.

Love this location the employees are nice! But I rarely get any homemade like cherry dilly bars. They always pull them out of the freezer and get the premade ones. I wonder what the deal is with that? Other than that I have no complaints.
The menu picture changed my mind on what I was going to order. The white mocha shake was amazing. They seemed short staffed, but all the employees were working hard. They made amazing drinks. Prices were reasonable. They had clean counters.
