My wife shared with me today that you guys were rude with her in the drive thru. She is very kind and this seems to be a trend with this location. I’m sharing this since I’ve now heard this 3 separate times from this same location.

I pulled up in the drive through and the girl asks if I would like a 1/2 dozen donuts. I said I'd like a dozen. I had a conversation with her about the donuts to make sure she got it right. I got to the pay window after waiting quite a while behind 4 cars. they have 6 donuts waiting, and 2 of the donuts were not accurate. I said I ordered a dozen and looked behind me and thought, ok, I am not making these people wait. If you ask a question, listen. I know my daughter said, "Mom they work in fast food service, what do you expect?" I'm sick of not having any expectations as a consumer because of all these excuses. How come I can order at the Dunkin donuts drive through in Kissimmee fl and they always get it right. No matter what you do, take pride in it and listen. I'm sick of excuses.

Not only did I place a mobile order, giving my order number and First and last initial - the lady working confirmed and asked me to pull forward to the window. 4 minutes go by, no one says anything & a guy shows up to the drive thru window and asks “Name?” I let him know my name as well, even though I was just told to pull forward, and there was not a single car in front of me and I could only see one customer inside at the counter. Whatever happened to hospitality and actually greeting your customers appropriately?After asking my name for the second time, it was amazing how my order was not yet processed as I saw him pick up my ticket and then go to get my order ready which took another few minutes. It’s more irritating than anything that you have people that are incompetent at completing a simple order or not communicating with each other to see where they were at in the drive-through process. I really hope this was a one-off thing and not something that your customers have to deal with every day.
