Just a quick review update to say thank you to general manager Corey for helping resolve my order issue. I placed an online order and the food was never received. When I called the store they redirected me to doordash saying the issue was out of their hands. I got the runaround with doordash with multiple transfers and long holds.Eventually doordash reached back out to the store and initiated a refund on my behalf. More hassle than it was worth.... But thank you, Corey, for making it right.

Just picked up food and could not eat the Broccoli cheddar soup I ordered. It was definitely heated too long or it got too hot. Smelled rotten and was brown and grainy. Gross. Pic doesn't do it justice.

Erbert & Gerbert has been a long time favorite of mine and they're still one of the best. Their soup and extra bread are staples that set them apart. I wish they had a location closer to me but I'll continue to eat here whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend this place!

Erbys and Gerbys is a great sandwich place and is well worth the experience. They do there subs in a unique way and I always love every time I go
I got the box lunch which comes with a half pickle and a dessert and chips
Good all around. I wish I didn't see the soup when the cover was lifted, looked like it sat for days - only small minor issue (tasted ok)
