The service has always been great. The sandwich I order is always on point. They deliver it freaky fast. The only problem I have is with jimmy John’s itself. They got rid of the kickin ranch and replaced it with a new jalapeño ranch and let me tell you I am so disappointed. The kickin ranch always had amazing flavor and now the jalapeño ranch is so very bland. I want the kickin ranch back

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. Order was completely wrong. No numbers written on sandwiches. They forgot a Sandwich. One Sandwich was made with only lettuce and mayo... not part of the order. I've left 3 reviews on the website to hear back and get a refund for the poor service and no one has contacted me. It was a $200 order... complete waste of my money. I am extremely hesitant to order from here again. Do not order from here- you will be incredibly disappointed that you wasted your money. They do not care about customers or making sure they do their job right.

Made our sandwiches wrong. My receipt is wrong. Bad customer service. I called explained the problems, they confirmed they would send new sandwich’s. They never brought new sandwhich, even after calling me 4 times to confirm my order again. I spoke to the manager “himself”, rude for one. Waist of $30. Stupid location, workers are clueless.

This Jimmy John's always has orders prepared on time. Customer service is excellent. I always get the Pepe which has ham, provolone cheese, letter and tomatoes. It tastes delicious every single time. The six inch sandwich is $7.49 and is super filling. They have an excellent rewards program in the app. The pick up area is on the left side as you walk in. There's indoor and outdoor seating. There's a huge parking lot right outside the restaurant. Overall rating: 10/10

Music was so loud I was surprised the girl at the register was able to hear me. I was charged for all of my upgrades for 2 sandwiches, but didn't receive any of the extra meats or peppers. Total of about $7. Tried getting ahold of someone online, but never got a response. Guess I won't be back to that location.

I stopped in to order an Unwich. I was handed a bunch of ingredients wrapped in sticky paper. Also, the diet coke was out of the machine. Additionally, the day-old bread was left exposed next to the pick-up counter, and someone was coughing and sneezing on it. A health hazard. I love Jimmy Johns, but this store should be avoided.

I ordered an unwich. They loosely piled the ingredients in the paper and "almost" rolled it up. What they handed me was a sticky mess with sauce all over the outside of the wrapper. To add insult to injury, the Diet Coke was out in the fountain - leaving only sugar drinks I can't drink. I just spent $13 on junk I just threw away. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE!!!! I will not be back.
