Saw the limited time offer for $20. On the KFC Lakeville website. 8 pieces of chicken,4 rolls and 3sides. Family fill up. Get to the drive up and she says she doesn't have it. I said it's on your website. She says it's an error. I read it to her word for word. She says she can't do that. I said you should honor your deals. She said she can't, but can do something else for me. If you don't honor your promotions, than get it off the website. I was looking forward to it tonight and have the rest for tomorrow at work. Thanks for the disappointment.

2 days ago i went to kfc in lakeville, they gave me fresh food && even gave me a drink while i waited ! The customer service was amazing ! it’s been a while since i had good customer service ! no complaints at all! best kfc i had in years !

KFC is one of the few restaurants where the food still tastes the same year after year instead of getting worse, and they consistently deliver a good meal. The service was great at this location! Incredibly fast and friendly. We go to KFC because we want good chicken and they delivered. Thank you so much for NOT changing your recipe, and instead doing the Colonel right!

The food was awful. We got the $20 fill up box. The fries immediately turned cold and hard. The chicken looked like it had been there all day. It was dried out. I won't be going back.

I typically love KFC, but I’ve never eaten at this one before and I probably won’t again. The only thing that we ordered that wasn’t extremely overcooked were the fries. The chicken tenders were so hard they may as well have been jerky. The biscuits were hard as a rock and no amount of butter could save them. Very disappointing.

My Grandchildren and myself had not eaten since breakfast 8:00 a.m.It was 3:00 p.m. I had to pass a KFC in order to bring my youngest Granddaughter home. It was 90 degrees outside. I asked my Grandchildren if we went to KFC do they promise to eat it. The response was unanimous yes. So I pulled a u-turn. We went inside. The restaurant was cool, clean, and amazingly efficient. Our order was brought to our tables. The chicken was fresh, hot, and moist and very tasty. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp and clean (by clean I mean that the dressing was fresh). We had mashed potatoes and gravy which all the kids loved. They dipped their chicken and biscuits into the mashed potatoes and gravy. We had a half gallon container of lemonade. The container reminded me of the wine skin bags of my youth. Very Cool and reusable. Not all KFC stores are the same. This one in Lakeville is absolutely tops.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Nice clean large bathroom with locking door. This is the first time I sent my Grandchildren to the bathroom and was not paranoid about something happening to them.
