Me and my sister got a mc crispy, the chicken was dry and on my sandwich there was hardly any of the spicy sauce and what made it worse is the bun was burnt, all I could taste was burnt and there was hardly any spice to it. The fries were also terrible

Worst McDonald’s in the Twin Cities? They have never delivered a meal as ordered. Fries are ALWAYS cold and you rarely get what you payed for. If you are feeling lucky, take your chances, but do not drive away until you check EVERYTHING. This location constantly fails.

I did a mobile order and went to parking spot #1 for curbside. I waited about 5 minutes for my small order of a cheeseburger and fries. Someone came out and gave me a bag, saying are you waiting for... and went back in. I looked at the bag and it was not my order. When I brought it in, they were quite rude to me, and told me I should have clarified my order when they brought it. It was for another car in spot #2, who pulled in AFTER I did. Seems to me they should have gone to the correct spot and there wouldn't have been any confusion. My bag was sitting on the counter (not sure how long) and the food was not hot, just warm. My biggest complaint is that they made me feel like it was my fault.

I always get cold fries and the kids here need to work on customer service. I wasnt even Acknowledged for 10 mjns. They all looked like they hate their jobs not one smile very mopping poor body posture. One i flagged them down they came over acting like i was a nucense and ,They told me to use the computer they were going all electronic. Yet there job reads cashier.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with extra cheese and a LARGE iced coffee. Didnt get the extra cheese so that’s $1 taken from me and then the picture is what they gave me for a large coffee. I straight up said to the guy this isn’t large… and he said it was. I get McDonald’s every weekend. This isn’t a large. This location is just taking customers money and not giving them what they paid for.

Was super slow, so, was thinking my 2 big mac's would be put together. Nope, had to reassemble it. Gonna stop going here. Every time I get poor food service. Drive thru people should at least be a little polite.

No one knows how to read or listen ordered something with out onions, get home has onions, go back let them know get 2 new burgers 1 didn’t have onions and other one did, happens every time I go to this location. Don't recommend it going to this location.

There is one person that brings down this location to one star. She works drive thru cashier in the morning and does not greet you, say thanks, have a nice day, nothing. She's like this every single time I'm there, so it's not just an "off day". The morning manager won't do anything, for whatever reason so hopefully someone higher up does.
