The last couple times they've have screwed up our order. I emailed customer service Over a week ago and still haven't heard back. We spent $70!!!! I expect my order to be correct.. very disappointing.

This has got to be the WORST papa johns franchise in Minnesota!!! My order is screwed up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I wouldn't order from here if I didn't have such picky children but I absolutely will NOT tip these morons!! It's always something missing or takes HOURS (LITERALLY) OR tonight my order didn't even SHOW UP!! So I call and they claim to deliver another one, 3 HOURS LATER FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER TIME STILL NOTHING!!!! THIS PLACE SUX AND I WISH MY KIDS DIDNT LIKE THEIR PIZZA BECAUSE THE SERVICE BLOOOWS!!! GO DOMINOES!!

No idea who owns the franchise anymore, but I've never had an inconvenience with this Papa John's until now.. ordered a pizza after my own dinner that I cooked was kind of a let down.. only to wait an extra 20 minutes *an hour total* for this pizza to be delivered.. and the dough was uncooked to the point you could stretch it.. not only gross but it's a health hazard as well. If it's still Lisa there.. if you can't even afford to keep your drivers, let alone cook dough thoroughly.. I think it may be time to close your doors.

The past couple times they delivered to my place they forgot my garlic sauce. I even paid extra for a few more sauce and they forgot it both time. I called and let them know the first time and there wasnt anything they could do they said. What's the point of ordering papa johns if we don't get the garlic sauce ? Very disappointed!
