We saw this papa murphy's only had 1.8 stars on yelp, but decided to give it shot anyways. Now totally get it. We got pizza and cheesy bread after some softball games this week, so we were in there about 6:30pm, but were the only customers in the shop. There were 4 teenage boys working and when we ordered our pizza, they all proceeded to argue with each other -loudly- about who was going to make the pizza because none of them wanted to. We heard all about who made the last ones and why they shouldn't have to make ours, etc. for over 10 minutes before someone finally started working on our order. After 25 minutes of being the only ones standing there and waiting, we got our items. One of the boys did apologize for the long wait, but....could have totally been avoided.

I stopped going to Papa Murphy's a few years ago in the St Cloud/Sauk Rapids area as they were no longer making pizzas the way they used to. We recently moved to Lakeville and the Papa Murphy's on Heritage Drive has never disappointed. Toppings are generous and go all the way to the edges and the employees are always so quick to greet when I pick up.

First time customers. I ordered extra pepperoni and green olives, but had to put on my own when I got home. So it wasn't worth the extra price. Otherwise, the pizza was good.

It was Halloween and I thought, perfect night for pizza. I logged on to the ap and found there was NO wait time, ASAP around 30 minutes. So I went ahead and ordered. I arrived roughly 15 minutes after my promised time and then I waited. I waited with roughly 50 of my new BFFs as we watched the most mis-managed disaster, I've ever seen. Their seemed to be plenty of young helpers but no one was managing the orders. I watched partial orders come out over and over again. Like I said no one was managing the orders or what order they came in or even what pizzas went together. After waiting over 2 hours for 2 of my 3 items, I was given 2 other products and sent on my way. The whole time they were still taking online orders. The man I suspect was a manager, said he couldn't get it shut off but he was out of dough....

I made the mistake of stoping to pick up a pizza on holloween. Found that is busiest day of the year for them. If I had ordered a pizza as walk in it would have an hour or more. I went the next day at the same time and only had one person ahead of me. Lesson learned.

The service was good and the food was good. The only thing I didn't understand is the only people wearing Caps or hairnets were not working on the food. All the people working on the food did not have caps or hairnets.
