I usually enjoy this Pizza Hut but today I received a threatening voice message from an employee that I will be saving and sending to Pizza Hut corporate, it’s not okay to treat the guest like that and tell them that im not allowed to order at Pizza Hut anymore and that they saved my number and name, seriously? It’s not my fault that your app doesn’t change the location. I’m not anywhere near lakeville right now. Oh and to that rude employee, if I want to eat at your store I will, I can simply change my information on the app I have more numbers and names. I will be telling all my friends not to eat here. That was rude and uncalled for!!!!

Food was fine, the food that made it. Ordered delivery, item clearly missing at the hand off, driver said they would check with the kitchen when they got back. That was a couple of hours ago. No one picks up the phone.If you want your whole meal do pickup or order from another pizza hut, or another restaurant.Edit: Pizza Hut Replied. Their regional manager and corporate staff said that it was okay if I didn't get my entire order. Avoid.

My order was never delivered. The store used Grub Hub and the employee claimed Grub Hub picked it up and it's not Pizza Hut's problem, I needed to contact Grub Hub. I paid Pizza Hut for the delivery not Grub Hub. I asked to speak to the Manager and the employee said "the manager does not want to speak with you" and then hung up. Now I have to dispute this charge with my bank. Buyer beware, if you order from here you might not get your food but you will be charged for it.

used to work here and the RGM had physically attacked me and took my phone in front of customers, treats one of the disabled employees badly, she screamed at him in front of customer’s, she sleeps inside the pizza hut on the booths and i have tons of videos to prove all of this. Overall, the other employees do fantastic and work hard.

Orders 2 pizzas at 4:15 for pick up at 6:15. Hadn’t even started the order when I went to pick it up. Ordered 2 pizzas at Dominos from Pizza Hut and were ready when I got there. I like Pizza Hut better but they are so unorganized.

usually this pizza hut is pretty good today the pizza was gross it was salty and def didn’t taste like pizza hut pizza i’m going to take a break from this place for a min.. last time i offered here i waited forever for my food and today it was just gross.

I go to this Pizza Hut all the time and love it! Great dining experiences every time with hot, fresh pizza, wings, breadsticks, cheese bread brought to my table every time! Great, friendly customer service every time too. One of the best Pizza Huts out there! AND they serve Pepsi products…thank you very much! ?

Just ordered a few pizzas online and came in for a pick up.... When we came home we opened the boxes and we realized that the pizzas weren't what we had ordered online. We called them and they wouldn't refund the mess up.
