What happened? I haven't had red savoy in a long time. Coming back to Minnesota, was happy to see one in Lakeville. The pizza is not good crust was not crisp. The cheese wasn't nearly as flavorful. The sauce is good, but nearly as spicy as it was. With expansion, they lost what made the pizza good. Red would not be proud.

Love the pizza, and chicken wings. Everyone was so nice when I waited for my order. Everything was fresh, and smothered with cheese.

I had a large preorder for a work meeting and I accidentally put in the wrong date! I called to see where my pizzas were and they were great about it. They quickly made me six large pizzas and two salads and I received them in 35 minutes. Plus they supplied tons of plates, utensils, and napkins, which I didn't even ask for. They were super friendly and the pizzas were delicious! I totally recommend the spicy Hawaiian pizza!

Our family has been a frequently customer. Tonight that ended. We picked up 2 pizzas for take out and when we got home found they were burnt. Manager didn’t have time to even get on the phone to resolve the issue.

A bit on the higher end of prices for pizza. We ordered one 10" pizza and eight piece cheese bread with two sodas and it was $32. But it was worth the cost! Staff was fast, efficient and courteous. The food was delicious. I am a pizza freak so I am pretty picky when it comes to pizzas I like. But, this was amazing. Can't wait to come back. The store itself is clean, got TV's with several different shows/games on, and music is playing but isn't too loud, so we could have conversation while eating and not have to yell or struggle to hear each other at the table.

It seems they can not figure out what you mean when you say "delivery". An hour later, I call and my pizza is sitting in the store for pick up. The girl asks "Do you want to come now and pick it up?" Why would I want a cold pizza?

I would go to their Burnsville location, but frankly they never have time to take my order. So I started going to their Lakeville location and haven’t had an issue since. They always answer the phone and take your order right away, always the right order too. Thank you!

Stopped after long day on the road. Closed in 5 minutes and I didn't realize it until after I ordered. Gentlemen working there were awesome about it. Great pizza and nice, professional staff.
