The girl that was working this morning was very rude, not personable, and got our order all wrong. When attempting to get her attention at the counter, she walked away and I was so upset I left. Usually we have good experiences but this morning was horrible. We ended up tossing the two drinks because she left out the syrup and the cinnamon as requested. Not a happy person this morning especially after paying $13.

The nastiest and rudest employees I have ever met. These girls need a serious attitude adjustment and to learn basic customer service. I did nothing to prompt such rude behavior so it took me aback. Hailey was the only good employee, very kind and serving with a smile!
