Costs more then other subways and portion sizes are smaller for the same sandwich. Good service, less food

Atmosphere was fine, but I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered a toasted sandwich, and it came out burnt. I thought the employee would see it was burnt and remake it, but she just continued. The sandwich very clearly was burnt, it wasn’t just crispy. I also asked for a foot long pretzel, which tasted alright, but the process of getting it was very frustrating. The man before me got one, so I knew the time it took to make. Despite this, I waited two or three times more than the amount he did. Finally I went up and asked if they were still making it, and I was met with the response “oh, it’s thawing. Did you pay already?” I have no problem with a little service delay, but I was very frustrated with the fact that no one told me that my pretzel had to be thawed.

Don’t waste time placing an online/app order as the people in line take precedence. They won’t start your order until you walk inside even though the app said the order was ready. It wasn’t even started until I waited my turn in the long line.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Subway franchise in Lakeville and I was quite pleased with my experience. The standout of my meal was definitely my sandwich - it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was soft and perfectly toasted. The staff was attentive and assembled my sandwich exactly to my liking.However, I do have a minor issue with the cookies. In my experience, the quality of the cookies at this location tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes, they are perfectly baked, moist and chewy, while at other times, they can be a bit on the dry side. Fortunately, you can usually tell by looking at them whether they are going to be dry or not. So, just keep an eye out for the fresher batches.All in all, my visit to this Subway was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this location for a quick and tasty sandwich, just be sure to inspect the cookies before making a decision. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars

Got 3 footlongs And I asked for 6 cookies. I got charged for the cookies and never received my cookies. Also one of the footlongs didn't even have sauce on it. This is an ongoing problem with this subway, won't be going here anymore.

There are several Subway locations near my house, and this one is the best. The location can be frustrating to navigate as it is part of a busy truck stop, but once you've been there a couple of times it's easier to find your way in and out.When they have the items you are looking for, the food is usually good. Unfortunately, they are frequently out of things like meatballs, bread types, or your favorite cookie flavor.In addition, the staff can be inconsistent. The last two times I ordered for pickup, the online service has my order marked as ready, but the staff were only halfway through making my order. They were friendly and apologetic when I arrived, and were clearly working on training some newer staff members - I know that can be frustrating, especially when they are making online orders and serving customers in the store while training new employees. Other times I've picked up or ordered inside, I've had no issues and the staff was fast and efficient.If this store maintained better stock levels and had more consistent staff, I feel they would see a significant uptick in business. They are clearly working on the staffing issues, and I'll check back in with them over the next 6 months to see if this review needs to be updated!

Not sure if Subway will ever keep up with the rest of the good sandwich places but of course there's convenience located within the corridors. I give it an average rating because this is a low quality but very convenient meal that I may choose from time to time.

I constantly come here on lunch cause it’s one of the only places close, but I’m going to have to stop after 10+ times of being dissatisfied. The employees at this location do not know how to make a sub correctly, they throw everything in the middle and smash your sandwich shut turning it into a complete mess, the employees have attitudes half the time (mostly kids who take forever to make sandwiches and get upset when you ask them to fix a mistake. It’s annoying trying to come get lunch and constantly dealing with bad attitude/bad food. Just not worth getting food at this location
