Worst lunch ever! New guy, must have been 1st day should not have been left on his own. Toasted my sandwich without cheese and then retoasted it making it difficult to take a bite. Upon eating discove both sandwiches ordered had wrong chicken type. Asked to remake by emplyee #2 whom didnt understand English. Not knowing what chicken was rotisserie and teriyaki. All while the manager just stood at the register not helping or offering resolution. Do not go here!!!!!

My husband stopped here while doing a few errands to grab the family lunch. I texted him my order, which included the sandwich number, and I made just a couple of modifications. I only got the modifications, not all the other toppings listed, and it was toasted--he knows I never want it toasted. He said he clearly told them, "...with with everything listed, but add..." They also toasted it without asking. He didn't see any of this because while he was ordering the rest of the sandwiches, they were making mine. I got a nasty, inedible sandwich of a little meat, huge drippy globs of hot mayo and avocado, and melted cheese. I tried to eat it, but it made me nauseous. No lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles as listed in the sandwich description, just a hot drippy salt bomb. On his, he asked for a small drizzle of vinaigrette, but when he opened it at home, the bread was soaking wet and fell apart, also completely inedible. We vow to never order from this location ever again. What's the point of having named/numbered sandwiches, but you don't even get what is listed? If I go to a different fast food restaurant and order, "The #__, but can you add mayo?" I can expect to get all the regular toppings PLUS the mayo. I'm really not that picky, and I completely understand mistakes happen, but this was just such a waste and wasn't a mistake.

There subs are sub par with less than 1/2 the meat than advertised. Tried to call them to confront them but ignored me.

I’m outside this location and have been for 10 minutes. The open sign is lit and the door says they close at 9. The lights are on inside and there is an employee in there. It’s 8:30 and the door is locked. I signaled to the employer to open the door and all he did was stare at me and shrug his shoulders and laugh. As I went to drive away, the employee came to the window and flicked me off. 2 other vehicles came and went angrily when they found the door locked within those 10 mins.

Stopped by Subway at quarter to 9:00 tonight and the door was already locked. So, apparently they closed early while the 3 employees inside danced behind the counter like idiots. Two other cars pulled in as l left just to pull on an early locked door as well... If you advertise open until 9:00 be open until 9:00.

They didnt put any effort into making my sandwich. The bread was stale and they put the smallest amount of roast beef. It wasnt even on the full sandwich.

Walked in to order subs and not all locations have gluten free. I asked the women who spoke little no English if they had gluten free bread at the location and she replies with, "we don't have FREE bread"... like I wanted it no charge. I'm like no, GLUTEN FREE. I said you me sign says it's not every location (should be!) and I need to know if you have gluten free bread. "Oh ok, she replies. Yes." My son proceeds to order and I go to order my sub. She asks what kind of bread I want. I said well what are the gluten free options? (Most places only have one.) She says again, "we don't have free bread" I said not I'm not asking for FREE bread!! I need bread with NO Wheat or gluten! So after almost serving me gluten bread I just say forget it because she nearly made me sick with what she couldn't understand and served me gluten bread. Your employees need to be able to communicate and need to be able to understand your offering and that you DO NOT have gluten free at your location before someone gets sick or has a allergic reaction.

The guy closing, linley was very nice and had a nicr attitude even though i came in right before close and needed 3 subs. He also made the sandwiches very well. They had alot put into them and he made sure they were neat and not messy, unlike MANY other subways in this area.
