I'm disappointed their format is no longer what it was. Order at a counter now and have it delivered to your table rather than a regular resteraunt. Menu seems to be significantly downscaled and fast food'ish'.We ended up not eating there and went elsewhere.

The Charcuterie boards ordered on-line were delicious and wonderful! They contacted me as I had asked for all boards and no plastic trays. I appreciated the effort to accommodate my request. Thank you

Don’t use HyVee Rx - always out of stock, super slow service, broken promises on when scripts will be ready

Greg Wahlburger 10/10 with the service.

Prepare yourself for a weird business model (that we had to figure out the hard way): You place your order outside the restaurant at a desk inside the Hy-Vee grocery store. (We had to flag down an employee, as the desk was unmanned -- honestly, they should just convert to a self-serve kiosk.) You pay upfront, and they make sure there's an opportunity to tip ahead of time... this is important for the next part.We ordered 4 burgers and sides. NONE of the orders was correct. Not one. It was as if they played roulette with our sides and just put on the plate whatever they wanted to. One person added gratis jalapenos to his burger, and they ended up on someone else's. Since it was our first time here, we asked the waiter to identify each burger so we could make sure they got to the right person. He misnamed EVERY ONE. We were 1/4 of the way through our burgers before we realized, "Hey, I think I have your burger and you have mine." It was comically bizarre.I approached the young man who punched our orders into the computer at the outside desk and the young lady manning the bar and shared my concerns. They listened intently. They were quick to offer a discount off the meal, which I politely declined. The young lady came by our table to check on us and offer an explanation as to the monumental mix up. She demonstrated genuine concern. Here's the thing: The burgers were good, significantly better than anything you'll get at a drive-thru, and priced fairly. (Getting their basic burger with a side is cheaper than most drive-thru combo meals these days.) Still, they looked severely understaffed and obviously have a systemic problem with getting their orders straight. I don't appreciate the pressure to tip prior to service and that needs to be corrected. The dining room is clean and comfortable. Thus, I have very conflicted feelings about this visit. The burgers are good enough to try again, but the service was schizophrenic. Management needs to take a long hard look at their shortcomings, otherwise the decent burgers aren't going to be what people remember.Parking: Shares a large free lot with a grocery storeKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Took 1hr 10 minutes to get a burger and side salad to go. The side salad was the size of a cup of soup (that's the container size they gave me for a side salad: a soup cup). The salad consists of half a handful of lettuce, 4 bacon bits, and 3 croutons. Do NOT recommend going to Lakeville, MN location.

HORRIBLE “happy hour” experience. VERY limited items for happy hour. Specialty drink was not made correctly and tasted like chalk. “Shredded” beef nachos were stale, cold and the “shredded” beef was a burger cut up into a few pieces. What a joke!! Wontons were nasty. Bartender was rude and did not care about how bad our food was. Will NEVER be back!!I truly miss the old Hy-Vee marketplace.

My boyfriend and I went here for the half appetizers and drinks. Only to find out it was only 4 apps and limited drinks. I went with an adult smore shake and my boyfriend got a beer. I knew my drink wasn’t half off but after making it the bartender tells me that he didn’t have marshmallow vodka and made it with vanilla vodka. I saw him grab the regular vodka off the shelf so I am not sure what was in my drink exactly. The drink arrived and thou it was ok the first few sips after trying to force myself to drink it, I told my boyfriend it didn’t taste right. He tried it and we both said something for sure was off and it tasted more like a chocolate malt than anything. I drank maybe a third of it. Then our apps arrived. My boyfriend got the wonton (it was half off) and he said they were the worst he has ever tasted. Ate only 2 and left the rest. I ordered the nachos and I knew they were not half off. I picked the beef and when that arrived it looked like a hamburger patty that was cut up in forths. Not ground beef as it stated in the menu. My chips were stale and all the seasoning was at the bottom. It seriouls looked like they dumped the remaining chips from a bag in a bowl. My boyfriend helped me eat it and he thought the hamburger pieces were cold. My boyfriend asked about the wings and asked if the boneless ones had a lot of breading and the bartender says “oh yes, lots” so we order bone in instead. Only for the bartender to come back and tell us that they ran out of bone in. In the end we told the bartended about the wontons and he proceeded to walk across the bar in a loud voice so others heard and says “I have never heard anyone tell me they didn’t like them. They are a huge seller and you are my first” I was a bit embarrassed and never said a word about the shake nor the nachos. We spent over $60 here and certainly a location we will NOT return to. We also want to note that the bartender and someone from the back (maybe the cook) had a conversation off to the side that I could hear a few words here and there but he was gone for a good 10 or more minutes. Sounded more like restaurant drama. At some point the bartended responded back saying “I don’t know which Walburger is which”. Again, not a location we will revisit.

The Lakeville Wahlburgers is awesome! The food is good. The service is great! Greg remembers your name and what you've ordered before and provides great service! Christie is an awesome manager and you can tell she spends time on training her team. Our only feedback is it's not obvious to store customers how the ordering process works.. the bartenders definitely get the rap for a less than ideal store process and are expected to manage ordering outside of the restaurant which is barely visible but they make up for it in their awesome service.

Our first time to this place, seemed like a great way to get a quick bite before grocery shopping at Hy-Vee. Here is our experience: 1) Waited 10 minutes at the order station for an employee to come take our order (Abbey was very helpful once she arrived); 2) We went inside to look for a place to sit in the bar area, and discovered the bartender sitting at a customer hightop (the only one that was free), talking to two other customers sitting in a booth, so we sort of approached the table and asked if it was available; instead of asking us if we'd like anything, the bartender just went around our table and continue talking to customers in the booth; 3) as we waited for our food order to arrive, we observed a clearly under age employee hanging out behind the bar, another employee eating olives off of a toothpick behind the bar, and the bartender, pouring shots for people at the bar, without seeming to ring it up on the POS; after a while we figured out that most of the bar patrons were off-duty employees (hence the free shots?); 4) Food was good; 5) we had to go ask the bartender for our check as he had not spoken to us since we gave him a drink order; 6) when the bartender brought our check, I said, "thank you", and he replied with "yeah." Our experience as customers fell well short of what I would expect of a chain such as this. Clearly a franchise management issue.

Preferred the old Hyvee restaurant. It's different in the fact that you're supposed to order outside the restaurant before sitting down. It's not fast food, so it seems like waitstaff would be more ideal. The food is good but nothing to make me pick this place over somewhere else nearby.
