They gave me the wrong food in the drive thru. When I went back in the manger snatch it from my hand tossed in the garbage left me stand there for 10 minutes. They toss the right food on the counter and turned his back on me. Zero apology was given and I was late getting back to work. I will never go there again. They have a buy a burrito get another for $1 sale going on. Here is the problem. I asked them to add Jalapeños on the burritos. I was told that they could not do that because it would change the menu description of the burrito. I asked if they had a Meat, potato, and jalapeño burrito on the menu... The answer was no. I then asked if I could get Jalapeños on the side, since they were clearly marked on the menu for a cost of .60 cents. I was told that he could not sell me the jalapeños on the order because he knew I was going to put them on the burritos and that would cause the corporate meltdown of the company and possibly the death of Taco John himself. I think I will just get a burger next time.

Good food, I ordered the value food because other stuff is quite expensive.still paid about $30-40 for 2 adults , ordering 2 things each each with a drink and a value item for my 5 year old. Churro was dry and no sugar ? went a second time just a quick stop and boy , the chicken spicy taco is hot! It lit my tongue on fire for 10 min!! that thing is no joke spicy!!too spicy !!never will I get that again hahaha!!!

Sarcastic manager. ordered 2 quesadillo meals and nachos "for 2 people" when we get to the window the manager leaned out to grab the card and mumbled "must be hungryyy" like we ordered to much food or something and when he hands us the food he says "hope your hungry" in such a rude sarcastic tone. Taco bell would never.
The manager tries to make sure that the employees don't give out sauce as "everybody has sauce at home". And he also makes sure to not let employees change the pop syrup. So if you ever get watery pop and no sauce, it was in purpose.

I’m giving a one star and I’d give none if I could. Ordered the #12 chicken quesadilla meal (medium size) and it was the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had! Not only that but it was just shy of $15. I should’ve brought it back but didn’t have time. It was actually really gross! Won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Good food. I gave the food 4 stars because I got soft shells instead of hard shells but, I'm not gonna split hairs. Next time I'll get the quesadillas all to myself. They were really good!
