“We stop here often and they have the BEST fries of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. Consistently hot, fresh, and crispy. Service is also always great, not sure what the other comments are referencing.. haven’t ever been inside this location but I know it was recently renovated.“

Made our sandwiches with pride and a smile. Eli was not part of taking our order but he was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. “Great Culver's. Honestly I was there around 1:30pm and there were 8 cars in front of me. A bit of a wait. But once I ordered and got to the window to pay,, my order came out within minutes. Hot and exactly how I ordered it. I highly recommend this Culver's“

“I love the food here, but this is the second time in a row my order has been messed up! Last time my salad was completely wrong, but I noticed before I left the store luckily and had it remade. This time my salad was perfect, but i asked for no bread and instead they gave me bread but no chocolate covered strawberry! I didn’t notice until I had already left and I didn’t have the time to go back and get it fixed unfortunately.“

“It was busy as usual and it seems to be more hustle bustle when it was not as pleasant as normal. I brought my grandchildren in not realizing the play ground was gone. The food was good. Had to go up and get my chicken nuggets they forgot, which was the kids. Very pleasant staff.“

Customer service was phenomenal and recommendations were even better. We came in a little unsure of what we wanted and James gave us some excellent recommendations. “I came into the restaurant with my 2 children during busy lunch hour. We had a friendly staff experience and the quickest service I've ever gotten at Culver's. I think we got our food in less than a minute and a half. I was floored. They were so kind and friendly it spread to the patrons in the restaurant with me. Very good community feeling store. Love this location. Their A-team was on staff and I loved it. Food was delicious as always. A cone, a sundae, and a Culver's basket meal“

“Man, I just love me some juicy Chick-fil-A chicken. You go to the restaurant and all the people are super awesome and nice, and you order your chicken sandwich and it's always just perfect. The only thing that would make it even better would be if Chick-fil-A sold Christmas sweaters, you know like with one of them cows on it ? nevertheless 10/10 I'll be back“

“I chose to dine in, but the did was still served in a takeout container. I wish I had a bowl or plate to eat off of.Also, please add eggs to the menu. I put a scrambled or fried egg in every stir fry I make and would love to be able add that as an option.Finally, the kiosk ordering is really nice, but all the options for each step should be on one screen. Clicking through the veggie options, I couldn't even remember what I picked.4/5. Make these three changes and I'd be back weekly!“

“Had the #9 giant mikes way. Ordered it with banana peppers, pickles, extra mayo, and relish. The sandwich crafters at this location are artists. I deviated from my usual hot sub under the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed by the delivery of this sandwich. Great foodGreat service“

“Jersey Mikes Chanhassen is on another level when compared to any other sandwich store. It feels like everyone working there is a part owner and they are all involved with every customer, look you in your eyes, smile, and have a quick conversation with you. The guy slicing the fresh deli meat was extremely kind.“

She apologized profusely about the ugliness of my concrete mini and was surprised that she could make something so ugly but promised that it tasted better than it looked. She was funny and attentive and asked if there was anything else that I needed.My 8 piece tenders with fries and a mixer were tasty. When did meals get so expensive though? Frfr, why is a Culver's meal $21? The world will never know. It was busy, but fine and the restaurant was clean. “This is a great Culver's location. The food is always ready on time when I place an order online, and the staff is friendly when I come inside to pick it up. Really consistent and good food, haven't had an issue and I can't count the amount of times I've been here.“

“you cant go wrong with ARBY I love the harsie sauce be sure to get some. I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. “Great atmosphere, friendly/accommodating staff, it is a little pricy though.No handicap accessibility door buttons, but it would be easy to maneuver and find a spot to eat.They have a drive-through, and most things seem to be made fresh to order.Their hotdogs, fries, and shakes are what I recommend. I would personally not recommend the protein bowl, cheese sauce, or cheese burgers (they are okay without the bun).“

“This is the best Culver's around. I have been here so many times since I have moved to the area, it is embarrassing ? Anyway, they have only messed up my order a few times (the one time they didn't put cheese on any of the cheeseburgers was certainly the most egregious ?), AND they make great burgers, shrimp, curds, fries, rings, chicken, soup, etc. Really, you can't go wrong here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun options!Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors. BUT, the staff is lovely at helping with the doors.“

“I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant and want to highlight a recent exceptional experience. The staff here has always been great, but this time they truly exceeded expectations. I faced a payment issue as my phone's tap-to-pay feature wasn't working, and I had no physical card or cash, only a card number to input manually. Unfortunately, the updated POS system seemed to lack this option. Instead of turning me away, the assistant manager, Elmo, went out of his way to find a solution, ultimately comping my meal after exhaustive efforts to process the payment. This gesture, along with the patience and problem-solving displayed by Elmo and his team, made me feel like part of the family. I'm so grateful for their service and believe they deserve recognition, perhaps with a company pizza party, as a token of appreciation for their outstanding work.“

“This was our 1st time at five guys. This place was very neat and clean, the staff were very kind and polite. The manager even came to speak with me. The food was omg incredible. Their shake was delicious, we felt in love with the bacon cheese hot dog. And we also enjoy the BLT and the grilled cheese with the 2 extra patties. Before we left we check the bathroom and was very clean smelled like fabuloso..so fresh I loved this place and will return for sure“

“Thanks for changing your hours to 9-9. Last time I was here last year you guys were only open from 11-9 (delivery 9-9) which I thought was unfair and swore to never come back but now that I have come back today 10-27-23 10:09am and see the hours have changed back to 9 to 9 because I called, I will return once more. I just hope the hours won’t change again. Delivery drivers can come at 9 AM but customers couldn’t until 11 which made no sense. So whoever changed the hours back to 9 to 9 for everyone, thank you“

“Great burger. Great fries. Expensive feeling though. The checkout system always asks for a tip and I always put one on so a burger fries and a pop were over $17. The staff was friendly, when I realized that I forgot to order the fries with the cajun seasoning he said it was no problem and my fries were perfect.“

“I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are out of sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The drivers are awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. I feel like they are part of my family. “Stopped in and inquired with Heather about making subs for the Minnetonka U19 girls hockey team's bus trip to Madison. She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“
