Their burgers are extremely under rated. Likely one of the best in town in my opinion.My only gripe with the place, and reason for docking one star, is that their claw machine is too loose. If you pick up even the smallest of animals and it would drop it for no reason. I literally pumped $35 into the machine going after a small scale Dinosaur while 8 other unnamed patrons watched in disbelief. I'm familiar with the ins and outs of these animal claw machines and from the data I've collected I'm fairly certain this one is rigged and set up for failure. I visited 4-3-24. I'm not interested in filling out any forms or go to your website but if you'd like to right your wrong I'd just like the Dino I pretty much paid for 6 times over. It's definitely owed to me and we all know it's still in the machine.
It is Buffalo Wild Wings. If you have been to one, you have been to all of them. However, this one has been recently updated and the television availability here is outstanding. Staff is also very good and attentive. Food quality for anything other than wings tends to be up and down, BUT any issues are promptly addressed by staff. They do a good job here and I always enjoy my meal on some level. I also sincerely appreciate how BW3 supports the community.

Yesterday, 3/27/24 me, my wife and son went to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings, Mankato. First we witnessed a lady manager sneeze into her hands. We thought that's ok because she'll go wash her hands right away. No, this was not the case. She wandered around and then went into the kitchen, came back out. No sign of her washing her hands. But wait there's more. My wife and I both pulled a long hair out of our burgers. Another manager did come over to apologize and took the burgers off our bill. He offered to replace our meals but we lost our appetites and declined the offer. I think that we'll not be frequenting this establishment again.

Ordered food today, the food was good . The fries were cold, missing some stuff. When I went back to pick up what was missing. No apologies from the person who took my order. Been a long time customer and deserved better.

Waitress hardly came back and checked on our table. I sat with an empty drink glass for a good 15 to 20 minutes. By the time she came back, we had finished eating and were ready for our check. Not the end of the world, but I would have liked more to drink with my food.
