Had a good time but your bartenders need to learn to work the full area of the bar and not leave people waiting 20-30 minutes for a drink while serving multiple other groups who literally just walk up. I prob won't be back cause who wants to wait that long for a basic drink. Get faster bartenders or more.

From out of town and came with my family. We had coupons and let them know as soon as we came in. After we already started eating they decided to tell us we could not use the coupons. I asked to talk to someone higher and she said I just work here( manger names Danielle) she would contact a owner. Refused to give me the number to call myself. So embarrassed at this point. Then they asked us for our IDs to prove who we were and that the coupons were ours…… never again will I go thru that for food that took over an hour for us all to be served… waitresses Sam was the only one who I would root for!!

The service was really bad !! Had steak and was way over cooked as in well done and ordered mid rare ! Green beans were disgusting ! And dinner roll haha could gone to kiwk trip and been better !!

A Mankato favorite. Large bar/restaurant on a busy night that still had room for us. Able to accommodate Hubby's request for how he wanted his burger done. Buffalo chicken wrap and drinks all great

Came on a Friday night, that was a little busy. We waited about 20 minutes before someone asked what we wanted for drinks. Once we eventually put in our food orders it took about another 40 minutes before we got the first plate, the cooks said it would be another minute for the other dish. My steak was burnt and cold with no flavor they didnt bring out my side. Waited about another 15 minutes and they admitted they forgot the other dish. 30 minutes after the first dish arrived the second one shows up... The waitress was very nice. This place is managed horrible, food is horrible... TLDR: worst dinning experience and horrible food.

Had the steak with asparagus. Steak was fine. Asparagus was good. Beans from a can were not expected, not really appreciated. Service was very good though, leading to the 3 star review

Would never return. Worst service, waited 45 minutes for our food and was told the order hadn't been started. Plenty of staff but ate server stunk. Walked out with many others who never got their food.

Worst restaurant experience in a long time. Would give zero stars if possible. Dinner on 2/19/22 with a group of 5, visiting from out of state. We sat down immediately at a large table. Restaurant was busy but not jam packed. A young lady arrived quickly with menus and took drink orders. We then ordered a couple appetizers. So far so good. When appetizers arrived, she took our dinner orders and THEN told us she couldn't put the orders in right away because they were so backed up. Huh?! This should have been our warning to leave. We sat for the next 45 minutes with no return visit by the waitress to see if we wanted more drinks, or to update us on the order. Finally we flagged her down and asked about the order -- she STILL had not put it in, but we were "next up". Again, we should have left then. Stupidly, we continued to wait, and observed that many tables around us also had no food. After sitting for over 1.5 hrs waiting -- at which point our plans for the rest of the evening were ruined -- we finally asked for a check for our drinks and appetizers and left. Meanwhile, I also warned a family of 4 that had come in later and was sitting nearby -- waiting probably 20 minutes for anyone to even come to their table -- that they should go somewhere else if they wanted any dinner. A waiter finally cleared the previous patrons' mess off of their table, then let them sit another 10 minutes without even brining menus. They finally got up and left when we did. Before leaving, I asked the waitress if I could see a manager. She said the only "manager" there was the bartender. She was busy, so I just asked her to pass along how upset we were with the terrible service. To be clear, we understood this was NOT the waitress's fault -- and we reassured her of that. She was clearly stressed and upset herself. Having said that, she should have told us as soon as we were seated that they were very backed up and it would probably be a long wait. She should not have waited until after we already had drinks and appetizers before informing us. What a horribly-run establishment! Terrible management -- no one ever came to our table or anyone else's to apologize for the wait and perhaps offer compensation -- and terrible working conditions to put staff under. Incidentally, the Philly steak nacho appetizer that we did have was lousy. Run of the mill tortilla chips VERY sparsely topped with steak bits, cheese and green peppers. The cheese curds were cheese curds - hard to screw those up. Note to owner and "deep analytical thinker " Matt L.: How about using some of those thinking skills of yours to address the problems at your restaurant?
Great food, considering it is a bar. One of the best! Mel is an awesome waitress. Scott does a good job managing.

This place is going downhill! There is one bartender specifically that is killing this place. Went in tonight at 10:25pm.Hours said they were open until 11. One door was locked, one door was open. When we entered we were rudely greeted and told last call was called at 10PM! The bartender then rudely asked, "did you come here to complain?" I told her I was there for a beer, but I guess they don't want to serve them anymore. I feel bad for the owner trying to make money.

Staff was great. Items purchased were top shelf. Nice experience. Nice enough to let my youngest daughter work there. My wife is a part time cook there now.... And I know from. 30+ yrs. She is a great cook at home. Just saying.
