They got new owners and the service is definitely 10/10! They even gave us samples of the brisket and the ribs to try! I usually am not a big fan of either (i was gunna get the pulled pork) but the brisket was actually really good and i ended up going with the ribs. The ribs had ALOT of meat on them and realllly good. No nasty fatty pieces (which is why i usually dont like ribs). The person i was with got a 3 meat plate (ribs, brisket, and chicken) the chicken was really juicy and flavorful. Definitely go try it out now that they got new owners!!

This isn't real BBQ and the prices are very high 6 bones or half rack is as high as a whole rack. This place has. Had many owners same prices and the inside is boring I hardly ever see anyone there I don't see how they remain open. Live across street never alotnof people there this BBQ isn't on a grill.Kid-friendliness: There are ever any kids it's bitter also and u never smell BBQ one person works there.

This was our first time there. We decided to order a turkey and stuff for Christmas cuz they had a reasonably good price deal. The manager called day before we were supposed to pick the food up cuz there was issues with our order (everything was pretty much wrong) the employee didn't know what he was doing when taking our order apparently. We had already paid for it and everything. Luckily the manager caught the mistakes ahead of time. He was super nice and apologetic. He made sure we got wat we ordered and then some. We understand mistakes happen had he not caught them it cud have been worse. It was a lot of money and they were closed the next day for Christmas. We were little upset at first. Forgive and forget. We truly appreciate the manager for everything he did to make it right. He went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas dinner was going to be wat we expected it to be. Thanks so much for your dedication in customer service!!!!!
If you haven't had this in a while you are missing out. The new management is incredible and the food to match. I highly recommend giving Dickey's a chance more than once a week ?

Owner was very nice as knowledgeable. Greeted us with kindness and even offered a few samples of each different kind of meat to try since we couldn’t decide. Free low lactose ice cream to enjoy afterwards. Thanks for the kindness and knowledge. We will definitely be back.
