I placed a order to have my pizza in square cut because I have little children and they can get more pizza when there cut into squares the manager had a attitude with me because I wanted it cut in squares when I had it on my order Everytime I place a order here they Always get my order wrong which is very irritating they gave me a credit for one pizza but not my other one when I tried speaking to a manager he had a whole attitude and acted like I couldn’t use my credit I will be reaching out to cooperate because there customer service sucks and for a manager to be rude for no reason Is unbelievable

Ordered a pizza that was never delivered. Called and asked what happened and no explanation was provided, but another pizza was delivered. 2nd pizza was never given to us, when called to ask what happened not only was so explanation provided but no refund was provided.

I am giving you 1 star on everything in general because I order sausage with mushroom pizza with Parmesan boneless wings and they never deliver to me. I was upset that I did found out from dominoes on stadium gave it away to someone else. I should’ve got called that they gave it away. But of course not they did not do that it.

I like Dominos. But this place is one of the top 3 worst Dominos I've been to among many towns.1) (The most important point) Ignores almost every extra toppings. Experimented with this a few times, and they put the same amount regardless of having paid $1.70 for each extra topping. Same goes for "light" topping requests, they are rarely met. Only exception is mozza cheese. It almost feels like the staff were told to do this by GM.2) Gets order wrong 1/2 times. Something is always either missing or mixed up.3) Cutting is uneven. All the time. One piece is double the size of another for every, single, pizza.3) For an exact same order, quality consistency varies a LOT depending on the staff and what time you're ordering at.4) Certain "unpopular" ingredients taste... stale. Like they've been stocked up for too long because not many people order them. I understand using frozen ingredients, but these taste... much worse.Of course the upside to all this is that food comes out relatively quick most of the time, but I did not feel like getting my money's worth.

I placed an order for $100 worth of food for my son's birthday party. I placed the order the day before and paid with my card (as I always do). This was a delivery since it was my son's birthday party and I didn't want to leave to get food. The delivery came and then the driver told me I still needed to pay for the food. I said, "No, I paid in the app with my card." He said, "No, it says here you need to pay" and showed me the receipt that showed that I still owed. I didn't have that much money in cash hanging around. I LITERALLY had to collect money from GUESTS in order to pay for this order. I was so flustered and embarrassed.Later, I went and checked the receipt and checked my order. The order DID say it was paid through the app. I have tried contacting the company for over 2 weeks now and no one will get ahold of me to fix this.Never will I ever order from them again for an order this large if this is the kind of errors they make and they won't even own up to it and make it better. We will definitely be thinking of a different place to order from for my daughter's birthday party this weekend.

Bad service. They couldn't get our order right. Delivered our pizza but not what we ordered. Gave us tater tots instead of wings twice. I went the next day and got the wings. Workers need better training. Won't order from here again.

I ordered for 8/20 when I meant 8/19 so i called them to change it. They said they would. When my son got there to pick up the order, it was nowhere to be found. Apparently, my Sunday order was changed to Saturday and then deleted. He was supposed to tell them it was for an ultimate thin crust pepperoni and thin crust deluxe, both with extra sauce. What we got were both pepperoni and both were DRY AS DUST! DISGUSTING PIZZA. Never will I order from that location.
