First time there tonight, super friendly hostess. Sat us and we made it VERY clear that we were gluten free. Waitress arrives and tells us what's GF on the menu and brings us water. We then wait 14 minutes and she keeps passing us. The hostess comes around and ends up taking our order because our waitress had an 11 tip seated. All well and good. Nearly 42 minutes go by and the 11 top is getting their food. I pulled the hostess aside and told her we are done, people who were seated 10 minutes after us got their order before us, we had to get back to our town and couldn't wait any longer. I pay for my pop and we get ready to go. The hostess made an attempt to rectify the issue and offered us our food packed up to take home ... we got home 1.5 hours away and found that the hamburger did not have a gluten free bun. Threw it all away anyhow. Not an ideal way to run a business.

I have been to Number 4 on multiple occasions and everytime I go it just gets worse for me. Let me start by saying the bruschetta was AMAZING. I absolutely loved it. But our server was very slow, and it was slow in the restaurant so sitting and waiting 20+ minutes to get food in was just a bit frustrating. The bruschetta did come out quick. Here is my main problem. Everytime I have ordered food it has been meh. So I decided to go with something I absolutely love, halibut. Let me just say my boyfriend and I could barely get more than 2 bites in. I left the entire fish on my plate and was upset because it was $36 and the server didn’t care to ask how the food was or anything. When she asked if I needed a box I said “no, unfortunately I didn’t really like it.” Her response was “that sucks.” ? I was hoping for a better experience but unfortunately after multiple attempts, we will not be returning.

Food is always fantastic. Service has been either really great or meh. We once waited well over 20 minutes for our server to even bring us a water.Parking: Parking garage is paid/free depending on time of day. Minimal street parking .

This steakhouse must not have had there regular cooks working on Saturday, March 16th because the food presented to us was not what we remembered from our last visit. Calamari was overly chewy and not seasoned. My Osso Bucco was also flavorless. I should have steered away from it in the first place since their choice of meet is a pork shank. Normally would expect veal. The accompanying polenta looked like someone pulled it out of the refrigerator and microwaved it. It was lumpy and had some hard bits to it. Definitely not prepared on the spot. Server gave us 5 seconds after we were seated to ask if we were ready to order. She also didn't take any of my cues that I was not totally happy with the food that was presented to us. My husband ordered the New York Strip and said it was ok, but had a lot of fat on it that could have been trimmed a bit. He didn't finish it because of all the fat and because it didn't have that much flavor. No complaints with the mashed potatoes that he received. Wine was the only positive. Passed on the dessert even though it was my birthday. All in all, I would pass on this restaurant.

This is the place where my husband and I choose to go for all of our special events such as our anniversary. It is good anytime but it is also special enough for the important days. The food is incredible- the hardest part will be choosing between the great options.

We stopped by this restaurant because it was between our hotel and Minneapolis. What a gem this was. The service, the food, and lord the wine selection. I highly recommend making a stop for this restaurant.

Spent $200.00 on Valentine's Day special. Every bite of meat was grizzle or fat. My baked potato was good and my husband Mac and cheese was good. Stopped at Arby's on way home.

Disappointing. The cost and quality of the food was not worth being treated rudely and unprofessionally by the server who was helping out our main server and having my to go box thrown away after I left and called about it 5 min later. There was a misunderstanding/miscommunication with my food. I'd ordered the fettuccine alfredo and I picked the option to add shrimp - the main server asked me how many shrimp I wanted and I asked how many standardly came with it for the price listed and she said "six shrimp but you can get less" so I said that was just fine and I'd have the 6 shrimp. My food came out and there were only 3 (they were jumbo shrimp which I didn't know but I still thought I would be paying for 6 so I wanted 6) I thought maybe someone else had ordered the same thing but only got 3 shrimp so I thought our plates had been swapped so I got her attention and said "oh hey I'd ordered 6 shrimp with mine" and she said she'd get the rest to me.A different server brought out my shrimp some time later and she was kinda rude when she sat them down: "here's your...shrimp" and she looked me up and down and I felt uncomfortable and confused. She continued to be subtly rude to me for the rest of the night (scanning over me, asking the people around me if they wanted a to-go box but not asking me and then when I asked her for a to go box for me and my friend she never brought them out. My friend had to flag down and ask the main server while she was getting our bills and tell her what happened). When I got my bill I noticed it said /add 3 shrimp/ under my entree and it was the same price that I had thought the 6 shrimp came with since that's what the server told me. So I saw where the miscommunication was and why the other server was rude because she might have thought I was trying to get 3 extra shrimp for free but that wasn't the case and she didn't know the situation AND regardless...she should have acted professionally. When I left I'd forgotten my to-go box, I live less than 5 min away from the restaurant so I kind of expected them to still be clearing the table and if they had finished I'd expected an "up-scale" place like this to have the decency to put leftovers in the fridge at least until the end of the night - I called as soon as I got out of the car only to hear that they had "just thrown it away." Disappointing experience.

Went during lunch hours which was very empty with my family. Our water glasses were all stained and dirty. The bottle of water provided to us was completely dirty. We placed our order and waited an hour without any updates. We then had to ask a random member of staff for hour order update and they did ask which turns out it wasn't even started yet. Server completely skipped us and disappeared which is ridiculous as there were maybe 4 other people there. We left and will never come back. Worst experience ever. Wish I could give this zero.

For a high end restaurant, I expected food to be better, it wasn't terribly, but I've had better.

Nice atmosphere but our server was not efficient and didn’t communicate well. Their charcuterie board can be purchased for $5 at HyVee and the food was just fair. Appetizer/our sons entree took 20 minutes to prepare and deliver and our entrees were out 5 minutes after that. This was “The Place” ten years ago for a good meal. Times have changed.

Me and my girlfriend came here today to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing experience. Our waitress (Linda I believe) was absolutely phenomenal and went as far as comped a desert for us which was such a surprise and perfect for the occasion. Number 4's bread was some of the best bread and butter I've ever had, I don't know what they did to it but when you go you have to get the bread. I loved my New York Strip and it was very well priced because it comes with a side as well. My girlfriend got the 6oz Sirloin and I tried it and it was awesome, her mash potato's were also some of the best mash potato's I've ever had. Our comped desert (cheesecake) tasted even better because it was free but it was extremally delicious, we could not finish it and our server graciously insisted we take it home. Absolutely lovely dining experience and will be booking a reservation for Valentines day. This restaurant compares to Gianni's Steakhouse in Wayzata, I was blown away and definitely did not expect to enjoy it this much. Thanks guys!

The booth we sat in had a weird odor to it. It took a really long time for us to even order our drinks let alone anything else. I ordered the 12oz sirloin steak thinking it was going to be a nice cut of meat for the price of $33, instead what I received was literally a meat ball. Meat in the shape and size of a softball that was tough to cut, dry as can be even though I ordered it medium rare. Cold asparagus and broccolini. When the waitress finally came to check on us my s/o was already finished with his entree, the Black and Bleu, which we had to share since no one came back to check on us and how things were for another good 20+mins. The waitress was very kind and offered to have the chef make a new one but having to wait another 30 minutes for a new entree wasn't ideal. when we got back both our stomachs felt unsettling and nauseous. Definitely not worth $100 date night. We will not be going there again.
