I received a free pizza offer for my birthday. I placed an order for 2 pizzas, because one needs to be vegetarian for my daughter. Any hoops, I had to switch her pizza to a smaller size because the coupon wouldn’t apply since the size I originally picked out was on special. Was no big deal, but I hadn’t realized it didn’t save the veggies I had picked for toppings. I was pretty disappointed in myself that she would only get cheese… my BF brought it back in the store to have them add the toppings I wanted for it. They were maybe a little irritated, but they didn’t make a stink about it… they corrected it without hassle. Thank you!! She loved it. I appreciate it! We come there at least a couple times a month. Love the food. Service has always been great.

I place an order an hour ahead of time. My order said it was completed and when I went to pick it up, it was not available. When I asked, they tried to first say I never ordered. Then they found my slip and then told me it would be a 35 min wait. VERY unorganized and the staff was not polite about it.

Ordered the new taco grande pizza which clearly shows in the picture and says in the description , that it has black olives, but upon my arrival home, which is 17 miles from papa Murphys, I see there is no olives on it...quite a disappointment considering its a taco pizza

Food is great and I have many choices about how it is made. Their gluten-free crust bakes up well and they have always given the extra effort of using a designated pan and changing their gloves before working with my food. Feels a bit odd to rate atmosphere of a place I am only in to wait for my food to be prepared, but employees get along well and like their jobs. This definitely makes for a good atmosphere

6:04 went to order in store at the Mankato, mn store which said it is open until 7 and the doors were locked! You could see workers inside. If your hours say open til 7, then that door should not be locked until 7!!

The food is really good but management isn't training their staff well. $10 Tuesday is busy. It's an assembly line food industry job. The rate at which their employees are making the pizzas is insane. One of them was putting chopped tomatoes on one at a time. The rest aren't much better. They're slow!! Quality for the pace they're going isn't great. I got a small amount of sauce in the center of my stuffed crust pizza only. It's almost unbelievable to watch. With years in the food industry, I've never seen anything like this. If ALL of the employees are moving like snails, management isn't training right. There's no uniform expectation to move quickly and efficiently, and on $10 Tuesday, that's unacceptable.

Then I get home to see they made both pizzas Completely wrong adding things I didn't have on the order. I guess reading an online order is complicated.
