Was always my go to place when I was in Mankato. Stopped in on Friday only to find out that the menu is changed. All the meats are now seasoned. No salt or low salt should be the standard, allowing patrons to add what they want. Guess I won’t be going back.

I order boxed lunches for groups quite often, and when we have to work around multiple food allergies and intolerances, we choose Pita Pit. Wonderful staff, always gets it right, and they deliver! With smiles on their faces! Food is fresh and fantastic every single time.

I order a club with no bacon pita, and they wrote me a note on how to save alittle money by ordering a turkey/ham with double meat and using turkey/ham as the double meat so that im not paying for a club :) honestly one of my all time favorite places to eat. I moved to the town in february this year and Pita pit has been a regular spot to eat for me so far. Great service, great food, and i look forward to continuing to eat here again.
Great options for a fast healthy meal!! Best salads in Mankato! LOVE that I can create a custom salad. Always tasty, because I get exactly what I want!! 3 types of greens & lots of toppings to choose from. I like Buffalo Chicken with romaine & Spinach, tomatoes, black olives, carrots, cilantro, pineapple, red onion, banana peppers and Pepperjack cheese with ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce. They have Pita Chips, too!! The Smokehouse Maple is to die for! Doesn't even need a dipping sauce. They also offer pita wraps...not for me. Salads are much better in my opinion.

Personally, I love Pita Pit. The food is always fresh, and the workers are always nice & welcoming. I will say, it’s a bit on the spender side depending on what you add onto your meal (type of drink, etc.) but overall for the quality and taste it’s worth it! Great addition to Mankato.

This location is down by the Minnesota River, a block down from the old Mall - that area of town was revamped a few years back, to bring people back to the downtown area. ?? The service was fairly quick, and the Grilled Chicken Caesar Pita ? wrap was good ?
