Had a campus visit today with my senior!!! After the tour, we decided to stop by the campus Starbucks bcuz COFFEE is our jam! The people were amazing and friendly!! Even at a busy time for them, they were all smiles! Nice way to end a campus visit, and a great way to make a new possible student feel welcome!! ❤️?

The workers are very friendly. I love this place and everyone makes mistakes ... sometimes the workers can get your drink wrong but it's fine you just have to be patient and tell them to remake it and they happily will. Starbucks has lots of recipes and workers can get confused especially when they are new. Please don't blame the student workers for that...they work under lots of pressure. This is a great place and a great environment. ❣️❣️

I normally don't leave reviews but this interaction I had was upsetting. I have 3 years of Starbucks experience so I know and understand what it is like to work at a Starbucks.I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk, vanilla syrup with vanilla cold foam, the man who took my order, raised his eyebrow then laughed at my order. Then I ordered a double smoked bacon with no meat, he proceed to laugh again and raise his eyebrows again. As I am paying, he walks to the person on oven to let her know my order and laughs louder at my food order. At this point, I am shocked by his poor customer service. The Starbucks on Madison is a little bit of a drive from campus but I am going there to get my coffee rather than here.

The coffee has gotten a LOT better! You can tell they are trying there best. It’s usually always busy. But my drinks usually turn out right :) The only downside is the manager (pretty sure it’s not a regular employee because she dosent wear an apron) is extremely rude and short :( most of the workers are really sweet and nice though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful they have messed up my order every single time and it is one of the easiest orders (sugar cookie almond milk latte with sweet cream cold foam on top) every single time it is messed up. Even my food how to you get the wrong food. Very disappointed in the Starbucks here!

Because of the on-campus demand and mostly new baristas the wait times can be absolutely ridiculous. The staff there are really doing the best they can though and have gotten better! Be patient and don't order if you're in a hurry

This store is understaffed and incredibly busy due to its location, but the people working there are still putting in their full effort and are consistently kind and concerned about making the drinks right or fixing them if they're wrong. I super appreciate the staff here because of that!!! If you're in a hurry, I would suggest ordering over the app. I always order right before I leave my house (a ten minute drive), and the coffee is consistently ready by the time I get there.
I ordered a blueberry scone. They took my name, and I went to the waiting area and waited. And waited. And waited. While they took orders and made coffee drinks, and called people's names. Meanwhile my scone was sitting in the display case, three feet from the barista. Finally I went over and said "I ordered a blueberry scone. Please move your hand slightly to your left, take it out of the display case, and give it to me." The barista just looked confused, but fortunately the manager overheard and gave me my scone. 28 minutes to get something handed to me out of a display case. And the scone was awful, dry and tasteless!

Extremely mismanaged store. For a regular coffee that they need to pour from the dispenser and serves requires 10 minute of waiting time. Horrible.
