genuinely cannot believed i just paid $20 for absolutely nothing. subway is not worth it anymore. the worker was nice but very lazy with her sandwich making. didn’t spread out any of the veggies/put them all in a pile in the middle, she didn’t even pull the cheese apart. i worked at subway, its not that hard, easiest job i ever had. their cookies were fully cooked unlike other locations.

It makes me sad to see the cost of a 6” sub with 6 pieces of meat and two slices of cheese $10. In understanding that’s the world we now live In, fine. But then to spend $10 on a brick for bread even after I ask to grab me a fresh one and get the same rock hard piece of bread and a “slapped together” sub is saddening. ? last week we spent $60 here only to get home and all of us had very hard bread to eat and very little veggies or sauces. This store is awful. ?

I got home and realized they had made my sub on the wrong bread. I went back and politely asked for them to correct it. The manager was annoyed and told me it was my fault and needed to “speak up” or they wouldn’t make my order right. Extremely rude

Ordered from here a few times now. Ordered on the app and picked up. Didn't have any issues the first couple times they were great. Yesterday I walked in when they were finishing my order. I ordered 2 footlong steak, egg, & cheese sandwiches. There was no steak or cheese on either sandwich, only egg. I hope they start making the wrongs right with customers because this is a convenient location.Vegetarian options: There are options with no meat available. Salads and sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: There needs to be more gluten free options.Parking: Limited parking available.Kid-friendliness: My kids love subway sandwiches. Healthier options than some other fast food restaurants.

Don't order food online if you want to eat. You need to stand in line and watch them make it so it gets made correctly. Tried the online ordering twice. Neither time could employees follow order instructions. When someone says a little pepper, it doesn't mean put the whole shaker contents on the sandwich.

We went after Hockey, which we do a lot. There was 2 other cars that pulled into the lot before us and the worker came running from the back to lock the door. I thought that was weird because it was 8:50pm and you say you close at 9pm. I decided to call just to check and the worker said they close at 9 but they lock the door at 8:50pm. How does that work? Understand it's close to closing time, but a posted closing time is what people go by. Obviously the kid didn't want to stay to help customers.

Just got 3 subs from monks avenue subway. Totally screwed up the online order! Barely any meat, way too many vegetables that we specifically asked not to get!! Too bad my daughter didn't check them before she left the store ?

I understand making mistakes, but what I don't understand is when a mistake made becomes my issue. I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed on my own time just to be told I can't even keep the messed up order by dude in the glasses because "well why would you bring them back in the first place?" Maybe because my order was messed up and I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Thanks, enjoy the tip dude.
