We Encountered the RUDEST host(middle aged balding guy) ever last night. We simply asked if we'd be able to get a table that had become available while he was shaking and moving (we had 2 hungry toddlers) otherwise we were just going to order to go. His reply was so nasty we packed up the kids and took them to Chick-fil-A without even responding to him. What a disappointing experience. I'm going to tell my friends, family, coworkers and clients to steer clear of this location.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude employees and managers.Waited for over 5 minutes just to speak to someone ( when the restaurant was empty) about picking up an order and they refused to give it to me with out a bag to keep it warm

I have really liked Broadway Pizza's traditional thin crust for 30+ years. I wish there was one in the northeast part of the metro. We took the opportunity to eat at the Maple Grove location when we ran out that way for other business. The pizza was so good - just the way we remembered it. We also had an outstanding server. Jodi took great care of us. The order was perfect and we had fun joking around with her. I don't think we'll ever forget the late lunch we had there because of her. Only reason this is not 5 stars is for the same reason I see in several other reviews. Stood at the check in station when we walked in for a good minute or two before we even saw somebody to get seated. This is on a Saturday afternoon. I think they had two people, Jodi and a bartender for the whole place. I didn't hammer on this like others as I know labor is so hard to get, but a party of 4-5 people came in, waited, and walked out.

Broadway pizza is great, except for today. The folks in the kitchen did not speak English very well. The 1st pizza was a New York pizza that I did NOT order. The 2nd THIN CRUST pizza was soggy. I was very disappointed, which has never happened before. The waitress was great, attentive and gave us a discount once I downloaded their app. Going to ask who's in the kitchen before I go

Walked into this establishment, which we frequent all the time. Was greeted by a guy in a Vikings jersey who was severally rude to another customer in front of us. Came and said hi to us at the host stand and took us to our table. We asked if a few workers were working and clearly he did not like that. I asked if he was the one who was going to be helping us and he said no and just walked away. I went and found another worker to find out his name because I couldn’t believe the way he acted in front of everyone to find out he’s the manger and his name is Jordan. I have come here several times and have never been treated with such disrespect. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, unfortunately it doesn’t let me. If I was in charge of this establishment I would never let Jordan work here as we walked out.

I know that this place has excellent food but please don't order the Promise Burger without checking out the ingredients. They promise no meat but it actually has no food. I'm still suffering. We will continue to order other food from this place but not that.

The facility was clean and nice. We hadn't been in person to broadway in over 2 years. I felt comfortable and appreciated how accommodating they were with our 2 toddlers (who don't normally go to restaurants). Staff was lovely and oh man is the pizza better in person. We get them for delivery often but nothing beats a fresh out of the oven Broadway deep dish.

Took the kids to get pizza and soda - our server Scott was SUPER amazing and attentive and a really kind and cool person. He kept the kids' mugs filled and food was fresh and good - like we like it.Clean booths and nice vibe. Thanks, Broadway!

Limited help. Train didn't work. Took forever for food and any type of service. Also during buffet which at least 50%of the people had, so it wasn't much to help others who didn't get it. Won't be going back for a while...
Pizza was OK way to spicy and way to much Money 26.81 for a large 3 topping pizza not worth the price. Drinks are good . We got the rest of our pizza to go.... Pizza is all grease and not good to bring home..... We are never coming back.

I moved from MN and had not had Broadway Pizza for six long years. I was not disappointed, the pizza is still delicious and the service was excellent.

I ordered pizza for delivery for a late dinner around 8:30pm and they told us it would be about an hour wait. We were totally fine waiting as we had family in town who had never had it. We waited about 1.5 hours so we called to see how much longer it would be and they said there was 1 delivery ahead of us and it shouldn’t be much longer. 2 hours later THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! My husband spoke with a manager who said “he’d look into it” with no apology or explanation. This is so unprofessional and definitely the most f$&%*d up pizza delivery situation I’ve ever experienced. Great pizza but you’re better off ordering from dominos.

I ordered a medium thin crust pizza The waitress brought me a small deep dish, that's the only complaint. She offered to fix it but we were in a hurry so I said I would live with it. When we going to leave she gave me my original order to go at no charge. Other than that I would go there again.

Been to other Broadway Pizza locations, and can share all the same praise for this Maple Grove location. Particularly outstanding at the Maple Grove location is the impeccable level of service. Great place to watch the Wild too, huge theater screen.
