I recently went to the Maple Grove store and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting customers.The cake I ordered was incredibly delicious, surpassing my expectations with its fantastic taste. Unlike a previous experience at a different branch, this cake truly exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to try the cakes here; they won't be disappointed.

Almost $6 (no toppings) for the equivalent of a scoop of just ok ice cream is wild. Get a frosty for 1/5 of the price or a tub of Tillamook ice cream from Lunds & Byerlys next door. Both are better tasting and better value.

This is the worst cold stone ever. Every time I order from here all my cookie dough is in one giant piece. They don’t even chop it up or mix it in at all. Then it freezes and I can’t even break it apart. We got an ice cream cake from here one time and it tasted like it had been in the freezer for 10 years. Go somewhere else.

Very good ice cream and selection of mix ins. Small store with only a few tables and a bar at the window, but it has always been enough. Nice helpful employees. Parking is good in the back of the building between Lunds/Byerly's. I like that they secure your takeout order very nicely.

when we went there was a small line but it still took about 20-25 minutes for us to even be able to order then about another 5 minutes for them to start mixing the ice cream, my ice cream was not well mixed and had lots of cross contamination and it was only half filled and my mother got the salted caramel ice cream, it had no caramel in it and was just bland also the cheese cake ice cream was very salty and bitter, there was also a lady in the back not wearing gloves but still working on a cake, she was handling the ingredients with her bare hands and touched her face and nose multiple times without washing them. we also ordered a cake a little while back and the lettering was messy and there was a spot where someone screwed up and didn't even bother to fix it, there where almost no filings in the cake even though we had two of them in it and overall had a bad experience. this shop used to be good but this new management has not done a very good job at running the place at all and we will not be returning anytime soon.

The ice cream here is delicious. You can never go wrong with some ice cream from cold stone. I always make sure to include some fudge and Oreos, it is chefs kiss! The workers are super friendly and there's a nice seating area in the store to just chat with your friends and enjoy the ice cream!
