I have been trying to give this place some grace after having a few orders wrong and it was super busy, but now when it's continues to be wrong, and it's not super busy, my patience is done. Considering going to another location or not at all. I add one item to my order, paying extra, and it's not on it several times now. Or I ask to have one item removed and it's still in the salad. Very frustrating as it's all typed out for the orders, very plain to read for whoever is making my order, and it's just not done right. Please just read the order's sticker, it's not asking much. I know there are stressful orders at time, but when I'm adding ONE item or asking ONE to be taken off, come on.

I ordered a double smash bowl and she said she can’t do that so then I said ok, I will take two smash bowls. She didn’t do that. Then I got home which I live an hour from there, opened my smash bowl and zero chicken in it. I feel that the service is very inconsistent on what you can get. A double smash bowl is just the charge of two smash bowls and yes they include chicken. Staff need to be more attentive to what they’re doing vs talking with each other.

Crazy slow online pickup. I always end up standing in the pickup area for at least 5 mins and that’s ridiculous when it’s salad and there’s no one else there. I wish it wasn’t a 30 minute wait for salad pickup.

I was in the area for an appointment and decided to stop here for a healthy, quick lunch. I have ate at various crisp & greens before and know they have quality salads to choose from. I went with the chicken bacon ranch and was very much happy with my choice. I hardly ever finish a meal, let alone a large salad but I found myself scrapping the bowl clean at the end. It was soooo delicious, the ingredients fresh and tasty! The staff were kind and the space clean. Will drive out of my way to come to this location! Lots of parking as well.

Piss poor example of customer service! I don't know what that boy's problem was, but they were not particularly busy, came in and no one acknowledged me-- even though no one else was there in line or putting in an order, I counted at least three crew members who could have greeted me and at least acknowledged that I was there, and when that Asian guy did, he exuded rudeness and had a very stank type of demeanor! Didn't offer me my receipt, no bag, not friendly, not personabIe at all!! I will not be spending my money here anymore. I lost my appetite. ?

We did a takeout order last night for two salads, an açaí bowl and a smoothie. My husband and I got the same salad. His was fine but mine came with a completely old, brown avocado that still had the skin/top attached. I had to pick all the avocado out and throw it away. I would have expected better quality care for a crisp and green salad. :( The smoothie (date night) was also not super tasty and it was gritty. The açaí bowel was really yummy though and the girl who brought the food out was kind. Would not recommend takeout here, however, since you don’t know the quality you will get.
