Very bad customer service . There was an issue with our pizza but the employee refused to refund or replace the pizza . Never experienced this kind of rude behaviour at any other domino’s outlet . Avoid ordering from here .

Special thanks to the staff of this Domino's!!They made a huge order of pizzas for my church. They were ready before our scheduled pick-up time and helped bring it to our car. They gave us plenty of plates and napkins also! Nothing in the order was incorrect. It was perfect.We can't thank you guys enough for your hospitality and friendliness!

Regular old Dominoes pizza. Good pizza. OK location. OK parking for pickup. Curb side pickup is super nice when picking up your pizza. Most affordable pizza in the area with coupons, but not the best. Depends on what your looking for.

Put in an order online at 3pm for 6pm knowing that a weekend night would be busy. Went into the tracker at 610, said it was canceled. Went to my credit card....they charged me twice. At least shoot me an email/text saying its canceled. Blocking both charges on my CC....dont waste your time on this Dominos location!
Good pizza and done fast. Brooklyn was aittle greasy but toppings seemed fresh. This dominos is doing something better than others. Just tastes better. It was good!

Best place ever!Just move to the area, we ordered a pizza last night. I send a note asking if they can send 5 paper plates and some napkins as we just move and don’t have anything yet.They were so kind and send some extra plates, napkins, forks and even 5 plastic cups!I truly appreciate it!Thank you to all the team, and a special thanks to our driver we only have a few dollars even though he deserves even more for his kind smile!You guys are our pizza heroes!(Picture was taken a day after)

DONT ORDER FROM MAPLE GROVE DOMINOS (Grove Dr Location)!!! My family tried to order from there and they cancelled the order randomly. My parents went there to see why it was cancelled and the manager cussed out my parents and yelled racial slurs just because of their skin color. It’s very confusing since we don’t know what we did but regardless maybe order from another location so you get nicer staff

Awful store and customer service! I ordered pizzas from a hotel nearby for the kids. We were in Maple Grove at the Holiday Inn, not far! Pizza said delivered and completed on the tracker but never showed up. When I called, the gentleman on the line was rude and said "we don't deliver there so we cancelled it". I told him my card was charged anyway and he said it shouldn't have been and hung up. He was horribly rude. When we got back from our trip I called the store and talked to a "manager" to have the money refunded. The manager was rude and short with me and never once apologized for the inconvenience or for his staff lying about the delivery. He hung up the phone on me after I pointed out that no one ever took responsibility for this bad business.
