The breakfast sandwich I got did not taste good. The next day I got the wrong bagel, They forgot to give me my donut, And my large coffee cup was only half full.
Atrociously poor customer service. Rarely have I had nice interactions with employees here. While ordering I asked what the size difference was between a small and a medium and the employee replied, "ones a small and ones a medium". Then, while handing me my drink, he gave me a weird, uncomfortable smile. Rude and disturbing. Also, they're always out of donuts, which is surprising since it's in the name.

This locations charges more in tax, my usually everyday order was a whole dollar more than usual I get at every other location, and I watched the girl use the same gloves to my my order as she just did picking things up off the floor and cleaning with chemicals and towels with them, she wasn't even realizing I was waiting for my order until a manager came out and seen me waiting for awhile, asking her if she started my toast. I would never recommend this location at all. if you have a spare 5-8 mins just drive on to the next one, that's the good thing about dunkin is that they are expanding more locations.

Clean space. Super friendly attentive staff. Restrooms were also nice and clean. Beautiful day to enjoy donuts and coffee on the patio. Nutty pumpkin was a fantastic recommendation!

You're better off going through the drive-thru if you want any service, they tend to ignore the in-house customers. The donuts are good but you can get better service at other locations. "We're understaffed" only works if you're busy, my dude and one customer in-house and 1-2 cars in the drive thru at a time does not constitute as busy, especially for three people working. But this is not the first time I've heard this from location and it probably won't be the last.
