We tried Hawaii Poke Bowl the other day. It was super good! My daughter and I both got a salmon bowl. The salmon was fresh, and everything was super good! We're not doing sushi anymore. These bowls are our new thing!

New location for a local poke bowl chain. For a first time visitor, the menu is really hard to read without being right in the ordering section. I got the Tuna lover bowl. The spicy tuna was fairly spicy for my minnesota spicy palate. The table I sat at was dirty. I found the default tip percentage of 15%, 20% and 22% to be extreme for counter service. The bowl was good and very filling.

Darwin and Betty were very welcoming when I walked in. Darwin was training Betty and he was kind and attentive to both training Betty and assisting me. I ordered the marinated ahi tuna after Darwin offered me a sample and it was fresh and delicious. He walked both Betty and I through all the steps of making my own bowl and I ended up with a very yummy bowl! Definitely will be coming back and recommending to friends!
