Server sprinkled plate with rice. Few pieces of entree chicken. And said $12.95. Literally 2/3 of the plate wasn't covered. Rice was literally 2 spoonfuls scattered on the plate. The young lady working did not give a care. She didn't greet, say anything but the price. Poor customer service, 20 mins before close. No one in store. It's like she didn't even want me to make a purchase. I got my refund and walked out. Never going there again.

I placed an order for pickup at 11:30am hoping to get some fresh Chinese food. Unfortunately I got yesterdays left overs and the food was dry, Luke warm, and extremely bland. I had to throw it away and wasted $20 of my hard earned money. Will no longer eat at this location. You could at least mix yesterdays chicken and rice with some of fresh chicken and rice then it might not be so disgusting.

Honestly I am not sure why this location of Leeann Chin has such bad reviews. I live in Maple Grove and Leeann Chin is one of my favorite take out places so I come here about once every two weeks. I have had nothing but good experiences here so it's sad to come on here and see that's not the case of the majority of people. I can only speak for myself on this but I wish everyone else had as good as a time here as I do. Store: I have eaten here once, but most of the time I do just a pick up order or order in store when it's slower. The location is on a corner so there's an entrance and exit on either side. There's a huge parking lot in the back for you to park or there is street parking in the front for you as well. If you enter through the parking lot side you can immediately enter the line for food. If you enter from the street you'll have to walk all the way to the back to get in line. Once in line the food is all out on display and you're able to see the cooks in the back. Well like the top of the heads of the cooks. The ordering experience is prettt quick and painless and usually a short amount of your time in the restaurant. The store is decorated like the typical Leeann Chin but it feels newer. I personally am not a fan of the color pallet and decor, but it is a well made restaurant. Not sure how old this location is but it is pretty clean and well maintained. It has never been dirty at anytime I have been there and it has always been bright and inviting. The restaurant also has a huge seating area for you to enjoy that is almost always empty. The booths are comfortable and even have chairs if you don't want a booth. Food: For my own personal experience I have always had good food here. It hasn't always been the freshest but it has tasted good to me. I've tried the noodles, rice, pot stickers, wings, cream puffs, and a decent amount of the meat options for the entrees. Everything has tasted good to me but there are definitely better ones than others. Some of the less popular dishes you can tell are soggy and not crisp anymore. If you choose some of the more popular ones you should be good to go! Overall: In the end I have had nothing but good experiences here. The food has always been good to great but never worse than that. The restaurant is clean and maintained. The staff has always been nice or neutral. I will keep going to this location and if you're in the Maple Grove area and want Leeann Chin you should definitely try this one.

Stopped in tonight to pick up a quick dinner for 2. All of the food selections were full and looked fresh. The problem was that I couldn't get anyone to help me. There looked to be 2 ladies working the front and 1 cook. There was one table of 2 sitting in the restaurant and one gentleman waiting to pick up a Doordash order. I was the only one waiting to order. Neither of the 2 ladies were anywhere to be found so I asked the cook if there was anyone who could help me. Eventually one of the ladies came out front and was not happy that she had been asked to do her job. There was quite a line forming behind me and the worker skipped over me to help the next guy in line. When he stated that I was here first, she said that she had already started his order and I would have to wait. Both he and I were very uncomfortable with the situation. She flat out refused to acknowledge me so I left. I know times are tough right now as far as finding and retaining employees, but this gal is not doing your business any favors!

Literally the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Also apparently there’s a glove shortage because nobody handling the food I was going to eat could be bothered to find a pair to wear.Update: where is my rice??? Where is my lemon sauce???? I ordered 6 cream cheese puffs and got 4???? Wth?????
The food was old and cold. I got a very small portion of old sesame chicken, because it was the last in the pan. It must have been sitting there for a VERY LONG time. It was gross! Also had to ask for a bag, fortune cookie everything. Bad!!!

Definitely the worst service I've ever had at lean chin, both employees touching their faces then serving food. Working obviously as slow as possible, it was brutal, definitely will not be returning

Poor service. Employee assumed I wanted fried rice and pot stickers which I didn't. Tried to adjust and he just grunted. I called later... Manager is never there.

I ordered online, used the convenient curbside delivery to my car and enjoyed my last meal in MN. . . it was yummy and I got 4 fortune cookes so I just keep opening and eating until I landed on a fortune that I liked! :-)
