Normally good service but they have ruined my morning coffee on 4 visits now. What is a good amount at any other McDonald’s is nothing at this one. Today saying 5 sugar and 5 cream they put NO sugar at all. I had to park and walk back in, ask them to remake it, they did and it was barely sweet the second time. Im 42, this isnt my first cup of McDonald’s coffee right, so 20 years of experience here i can say this place is ruining customers morning coffee routines. Id skip this one if you are a coffee person.

They’re extremely irresponsible and can’t seem to get to their online orders or in person orders in time, I ordered myself breakfast online at 10:16, when I know darn well they’re done at 10:30, so they had plenty of time to make me 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns, so I can come pick it up.But no, they proceed to ignore it as I patiently wait at home for almost an hour, and then once I called they proceeded to try to lie and gaslight me as if it’s my fault for their incompetence, I had to bicker to get a refund, do better McDonald’s.

Have been a big fan of the app lately. Super convenient, don’t have to mess with getting the order correct. Seems difficult on the restaurant side however. The picture below is what XTRA pickles gets you, XTRA. 1 full pickle on one and two half pickles on the other. Thankfully they at least got the no onions, no mustard correct.

Food is normal. Still don't care for how staff treated the public during the covid hoax...
McDonald's is simply McDonald's. You either love it or hate it. It just so happens, I love it! This location is great. I used my app and they brought my food out to my car, while I waited. The employee was frieand courteous. The food cam out fast and hot, while others waited in the drive through line!!! Loved it!

I was here picking up a door sash order. Went into building a 4 people working behind the counter stood there probably 5 minutes or more. Not one of them even noticed I was there. Then the male set a to go order down in front of me. It wasn't the order I was to Pick up. He didn't even ask whom I was there fore.I wouldn't go back to this McDonald's for anything I needed.As a Dasher I have to go where I'm sent. However this place isn't big on customer relations or friendly at all. Needs improvement. To say the very least. McDonald's has been around for years. It's a shame some people don't respect the quality of customer relations.
